I had an issue logging into the new website. Contacted Customer Care, it was sorted in minutes.
Delivery of good ordered also very good, cannot complain and have recommended site to friends.

I called customer care to query a delivery that I was awaiting. Daniella mailed the warehouse straight away and said the delivery would arrive today which it did and I’m very happy with purchase. I have spoken to Daniella before and she was friendly and efficient. Great customer service.

My question was answered really promptly and resolved 🙂

I had a query over my refund but my fault didn't read the small print. But the response was very quick and good. Also very nice email back to me

I bought a wonderful handbag in the sale. Really pleased with it. My bag arrived well packed within a couple of days.
During those 2 days I sent a query to customer service which was answered almost straight away.
All round good experience.

I ordered a bag but managed to get the billing & delivery address mixed up. Lucy was so helpful and even sent me an email confirming she had managed to change the order.

called for a question about the price of a case which they had stopped making 2 o 3 years ago (to claim the reimbursement from the airline which badly damaged - but no broke it!!) and Lucy was very prompt and kind to give an answer, although i had not bought the case there but received it as a present. thank you!!

Lovely handbag at a very reduced price which is great! I already own this item and wanted a spare just in case. Unfortunately I ordered another item which turned out to be out of stock sadly. A full refund has been promised and I am waiting for that to happen. The company emailed me straightaway to explain their error.

My experience has been awful. I purchased the Bag in Covent Garden London. The bag needed retuned as it was the wrong colour. Sent it back following the instructions from Head Office. To then receive an email once I sent a query asking where was the refund to be told not to send it to the head office. Too late i sent it in the pre paid label they sent. Still no refund and it arrived at the warehouse 18 days ago. then I have been asked to call Covent Garden shop. I said absolutely not. I have left it with the customer service team. lets see if I get the £400 back. Awful and antiquated service. Loved the bag but after this i will buy another bag from a retailer with better customer service.

All good from Daniella - slight hiccup on reactivating my account but promptly dealt with. Now to decide what to buy!

I cannot fault the service from Lulu Guinness. The item arrived very promptly - they used DPD delivery service, which was excellent. I emailed a question to customer services, at 16:37 and it was resolved at 16:50 the same day. No hesitation in ordering from them again.

I ordered Lulu Guinness website quite often. Description is always accurate. If I have any questions, custom service always provided the answer promptly. In this occasion, I have ordered the package and forgot to put in the voucher code. The customer service team corrected it right away on the next day and refund me the differences.
