1 Star — Terrible Experience with Lumin. I Do Not Recommend This Company.
My experience with Lumin has been extremely disappointing. I requested a refund, and the company instructed me to return the medication in order to receive my money back. I followed their instructions exactly and shipped the products back.
It has been over two weeks, and despite the fact that the returned medication has already been delivered to them, I still have not received my refund or even a single response.
I have tried contacting them through every available communication channel, sending multiple messages requesting an update on my refund, but they have completely ignored me.
I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional for a company to require customers to return their products, receive those products, and then disappear without honoring their promised refund.
As customers, we deserve transparency, accountability, and, most importantly, for companies to honor their commitments.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Lumin. My experience has been a complete waste of time, money, and trust.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others before trusting this company with their hard-earned money.
