Ordered 7 different pair of underwear with the 3 + 4 for free offer.
The sizing was perfect. However, I did not like the feel of 4 of them. As a new customer, I could get them "replaced". The customer service team was very responsive and understanding.
Good products. Good company. Highly recommended.

It was fairly easy to shop on Luna and the underwear are very comfortable and stylish.

Look just like normal underwear and feel great on.

I can't comment how it actually hold up as I haven't worn them for my period as of yet.

I will certainly be back to update if the claims are actually true, but so far so good.

Well what can I say!!!. Well....The pants are extremely heavy and bulky. They arrived with 2 extra period pads which are supposed to be worn inside the pants,( I assume to make them even more bulky.)

As it would cost me more than I paid for the pants for the return postage ! I'm not feeling it's worth the effort! so will give them away.
The advert said they absorb 200mls I think they may do! maybe they'll absorb even more in all the the bulky thick layers.

To be honest they are just like a washable adult pull up nappy...!!!
Needless to say I'm not going to order again. .

Misleading postage details.
My order was sent at the beginning of April and the website stated Royal mail postage.
However it fails to mention the fact that royal mail is only the last leg of the delivery process. Having started it's journey in China.
So here I Am on the 23rd of April and my parcel still isn't even in the UK .
I obviously can't give a review on the product until it arrives.
But I'm very disappointed in the misleading wording on delivery as I was lead to believe the firm was in the UK.

Really comfortable and actually work! Makes that time of the month much more comfortable overall.
I had initially ordered the wrong size for 1 pair but they have been so quick and helpful at sending me the correct size with the fit guarantee - thank you!

The items received were too small by quite a long way but customer services were helpful and have offered to replace them. They were quite easy to contact and replied within a couple of days. Communication was very clear. Assuming the replacement items show up I am satisfied with the experience. The shipping took a while because they come from abroad but if you’re prepared for this it’s not really an issue.

Great experience! The fit guarantee is a fab thing to offer and puts your mind at rest. The quality of my items are absolutely amazing too!

Sizes seem to run on the larger side. However really good customer service with the fit guarantee.

Love the seam free range. I Would recommend going a size smaller if you’re in between sizes.

I ordered four pants during their buy two get two sale. It was my first time and I ordered my normal size, which turned out to be too small. I contacted them requesting the next size up, and as I am a first time customer they are sending me my whole order again in hopefully the right size and I get to keep or give my original order to a friend for free (I haven’t worn them so completely clean. I tried them on with pants already on).

The sizing is very off. I normally am a small/medium but am needing to exchange it for a large. They have been good during the exchange process but I haven't received my exchange yet.

First of all the product itself is very trustworthy and does exactly whatever they advertise, in contrast with other similar companies that they don't provide security as this one. The company also is very helpful because I faced a problem with the size and they responded promptly and resolved the issue. I m very satisfied with all the experience.

I am so pleased with my purchase!.... the pants I got are stylist and sleek - so much nicer than I expected. I actually feel nice wearing them rather than like I've got Bridget Jones pants on which is what I feared! Absolutely fantastic products and service! I’ve wanted to try period pants for some time, but just thought they could never work. I took a chance with Luna when they were on offer and I am now wearing them for the first time and the softness and coverage is fantastic. I wish all pants were this comfortable to wear!
