What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. I wasn’t completely sure about making such a big purchase online but i’m so glad we did. They were very helpful in answering all my questions before placing the order, and the chairs arrived within 2 days (i asked for them in time for christmas, although i left it really late). They look FAB! So so pleased.

Absolutely love our furniture from Lush Interiors. We have the Luca Marble dining table with the Sandro chairs and 6 Sandro bar stools. They are very well built, beautiful fabric and look amazing, complimenting our new kitchen perfectly. The delivery guys were so polite and very helpful. Unpacking and putting all our furniture in place.
We get so many lovely comments on the furniture. So much so, that when a TV production crew were here filming an advert in our kitchen, they really wanted to use the bar stools in their shoot.
We will definitely use Lush Interiors again.

BEWARE and AVOID if you want quality items ! Read all the reviews not just the ones they show on website
Disgraceful company- item was of a very poor cheap quality and the company just kept giving me the round around and blamed manufacturer (Lush are at best a middleman who do not check or see the items they sell) . I was told that they had prioritised my collection ( I even spoke to the company director) yet they failed to book the collection ( I contacted the manufacturer myself and was told they had no collection requested for my address!) I arranged the collection myself as Lush were doing everything possible to avoid collecting the item and having to refund my money ! My contract of sale was with Lush ( who had my money for weeks prior to delivery and yet they didn’t want to know when it came to rectifying the issue and issuing a refund !
VERY POOR QUALITY ITEMS charged at inflated prices and THE WORSE AFTERSALES and customer service is non existent! AVOID AVOID AVOID Purchasing anything from LUSH INTERIORS !!!! still not got my refund!

Thank you for your follow up review. We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied, however we do need to clarify a few points for accuracy and transparency.
The item you ordered was supplied directly from one of our partner manufacturers. Not all of our products are supplier based, but in this instance the item was dispatched directly from the supplier. This does not remove our responsibility, and at no point have we denied accountability. Your contract of sale is with Lush Interiors, and we are managing the issue on your behalf.
When an item is supplied directly from a manufacturer, collections must be arranged through their approved courier networks. These requests are logged and processed by the courier teams and are not instant. This is why a collection may not immediately appear when contacting the supplier directly, despite the request having been raised and actively chased by us.
We have not avoided collection or a refund. A full refund will be issued once the item has been collected, in line with our returns policy. We appreciate delays are frustrating, but same day collections are not possible.

Ordered large table and 8 chairs from this company. Chairs are handmade so slight mark and scratches are understandable. However, the price does not reflect that. For the price that i paid I was expecting near to perfect. Anyways contacted customer services and all I get is “sorry we are unable to do anything” overall it’s a beautiful dining set the fitters were also lovely and friendly but the customer service needs a massive improvement. Quick to take money but no solution. What a disgrace!!!

4 Weeks" is a Lie—Terrible Delivery Times and Annoying Review Spam
I ordered a table from this company on November 3rd, and the stated delivery time was 4 weeks. It has now been nearly 6 weeks, and I have still received no update regarding the delivery status.
The most frustrating part is the constant spam of emails I'm receiving, all asking me to give them a review about the table—a table I was supposedly meant to have received two weeks ago! It's ridiculous to relentlessly ask for a review when you haven't even fulfilled the order.
If you can't deliver within the advertised 4-week window, don't put that timeframe on your website. Instead of sending a spam of emails demanding a review, they should be sending an update on when my product will actually arrive. This is completely unacceptable.

The item you ordered on 3rd November was a pre-order item, which is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-order items do not fall within the standard 4-week delivery timeframe, as this estimate applies only to in-stock products. Pre-orders are dependent on supplier restock dates, which can occasionally extend beyond the initial estimate.
Regarding the review emails, these are automated system emails triggered by order dates rather than delivery completion. We completely understand how receiving these before delivery is frustrating, and this feedback has been passed to our technical team so we can improve this process going forward.
We would also like to note that we have not received any direct email correspondence from you, and had you contacted us, we would have been more than happy to provide a delivery update and assist further.

Fantastic experience - Sandro Velvet Barstools
Great service and products.
We purchased 3 x Sandro Velvet barstools.
We travelled to the showroom / warehouse in Leicester to view the stools in person. The staff were very helpful throughout and there was no pressure to purchase. They left us alone to view the products in our own space and time, with advice offered when sought.
Communications were excellent throughout via email.
We travelled down a second time and were convinced and purchased the barstools. Even better, they offered the Klarna 3-instalment payments option, which we took out. They had the stock available and we were able to purchase the stools and travel back with them.
Great quality products - highly recommended. We were able to get an additional discount online for Black Friday deals.
I would highly recommend Lush Interiors to anyone who wants to purchase quality products and with a fantastic customer service experience!

appalling customer service and after sales , item arrived damaged and was told it had came direct from manufacturer so it wasn’t lush’s fault and the manufacturer had to sort it out! lady on the phone was dismissive and rude , took no accountability and passed the blame, still waiting on a collection date as it has nothing to do with Lush and up to manufacturer , they are basically a middleman that takes your money and then doesn’t want to know when there is a problem! Premium prices for poor quality items that they don’t even see, handle or quality check yet claim to offer high quality pieces that are chosen for their quality and craftsmanship! AVOID

We would like to clarify for transparency that your issue was reported to us very recently, and we immediately began the process of arranging a collection. Unfortunately, same day collections are not possible, as all returns must be scheduled through courier networks, whether items are dispatched from our warehouse or a partner supplier. This process applies to all customers and is outside of our direct control.
At no point have we refused responsibility. We are managing the matter on your behalf and have already escalated the collection request as urgent. Once the item is collected, a full refund will be issued promptly in line with our returns policy.
We appreciate that delays are frustrating, but we do ask that communication remains respectful. Our team is here to help and resolve issues as efficiently as possible within logistical constraints.
We are already in contact with you via email and are actively working to resolve this matter. We will continue to keep you updated directly as soon as the collection date is confirmed and the next steps are in place.

Don’t walk… RUN! I was going to spend in excess of £2500 on this exact set and thank god I found lush interiors. The quality is amazing - instructions clear and assembly easy. The table is blooming heavy but it’s such good quality and sturdy. Absolutely in LOVE - delivery drivers were so sweet too. Seamless from start to finish thank you xx

I’m not really one to leave reviews but I have to in this instance. We are absolutely over the moon with the service that we’ve received from the team at lush interiors.
We placed an order in the early Black Friday sale on 1st November. Shortly after, I contacted Lush Interior to cheekily ask if they could hold the furniture as we were awaiting a moving date. They happily obliged and kept hold of my furniture for weeks. We had a table, chairs, coffee table and bar stools so not exactly a small order to house for us. They were exceptional. We chose our delivery date and the delivery team came to the property first thing in the morning and even put together all of our items. The delivery team were extremely professional, asking could they use certain tools in the house because of our tiles and were really kind and helpful. They were absolutely brilliant and I will most definitely be purchasing again from this company.
