Scott and Cameron were very helpful on the phone, but when I arranged to pick the car up, it took over three hours for you to send over the paperwork and I was stranded in Winsford with no car but lucky enough Leanne the sales person at Carzone did an excellent job of getting all my paper work from you when I had spoken to you previously about picking the car up on the Saturday morning which was stressing me out and when I spoke to you on the phone you’re more or less said it wasn’t your problem so I was not a very happy customer

Sent an email regarding our motor finance agreement and asked for some details to be clarified, but never received a response.
This was sent two months ago!!
UPDATE: 24/06/26 - The email provided in the response doesn't work.

My car expert was lovely and patient when choosing a car however I’m not a big fan of the admin side of the company who didn’t pay the dealership the correct amount and then it took them a day and half to sort after calling them a dozen times
