This is a company I wished I had not got involved with..
5 submissions later of my documentation
Contraindicated information…
Telling you you need to be on site with the car take a selfie upload that picture and immediate transfer of funds….
Got told 15-20mins it would take… let’s try 2 hours later.
They claim it’s a back log, however this is at half past nine of the morning.!!!

They found me a faulty car and now when…
They found me a faulty car and now when I am reaching out to them they are ignoring me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
DO NOT use this car loan company. They help sell dodgy cars.
I only got the car in Oct 2025 and its 7 months later and already I am having car problems.
They came under my post and pretended to help but, in real life they are ignoring me. Most of their contact details do not work. Update on 09/06/2026 at 01:02 am.

I had a great experience with Luv Car Loans from start to finish. The team (Rebecca) was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole car finance process very easy and stress-free. They listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me get the best car for my needs at a good finance deal. Everything was completed in a very short period of time, much faster than I expected. Returning customer. Simple and straightforward process. Any staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The only negative I would say, was awaiting payout when collecting car. I was there for over an hour, which wasn’t ideal with a toddler.
