Two tops absolutely lovely
Two tops absolutely lovely, one top had to sew up hole in side seam. Threads were obvious as soon as I took it out so someone should have noticed this before packaging it.
Cheap and careless.

We are so sorry that you have received a top that was not to the standard we expect , you are absolutley correct , this should have been noticed during our checks when packing .We pride ourselves on our quality as you can see from our reviews so this is very disappointing to read. Parcel was lost by Royal Mail but as soon as I made Luvvey aware they processed a refund immediately, overall very good service for something that was not their fault

it is very disappointing to see that you have given us a 1star rating Kay, when we spoke & you made us aware that you had not received your parcel , we confirmed that we had dispatched via Royal Mail & would investigate this for you with them but as you advised that you were going on holiday the day after,we immediatley agreed to issue a full refund ( despite not knowing where your parcel was situated within Royal Mail system) which was procesed within 10 minutes of our telehone call. We are baffled to know what more we could have done in the tight timescales.

I ordered a lovely dress which fits perfectly. I also ordered some fab trousers but unfortunately they were too small for me so I’ve returned them. The trousers were great but just didn’t fit me.
