Do NOT even bother selling you’re shoes…
Do NOT even bother selling you’re shoes to this company, had a pair of Valentino’s advertised for £140 in which I dropped them to £105 for this particular buyer and posted within 2 days of payment received. Shoes have arrived and buyer is claiming they are ‘severely damaged and ripped in which this is not the case! Shoes had a small fray in which was pictured in listing not ‘severe’ damage as described by buyer! Images provided by the buyer look like totally different shoes to what was sent out to them! Will avoid this buyer like the plague

We are disappointed to have received this review which is not an accurate representation of events.
Whilst we understand your frustrations, the Valentino trainers we purchased via Depop arrived with a 3-4cm tear on the outside of the heel bridge, multiple fray’s on the mesh and damage to the inside heel material. We opened a return case with Depop who agreed they were ‘significantly not as described’ as per their terms and conditions and approved a return. They also agreed that the same review left via Depop, as on Trust Pilot, was not accurate and removed it from their platform.
To essentially accuse us of being dishonest in regards to the condition of the trainers is something we would never do, we have built up a great reputation with hundreds of happy customers across numerous platforms.
We would like to note Ruby apologised numerous times stating she didn’t notice the tear, accepting they wasn’t as described, contrary to this review.
The trainers have since been re listed with additional photos and £60 cheaper than they was originally listed for.
We again apologise for any inconvenience caused however as also mentioned directly if the flaws were either pictured or mentioned in the items listing description they would not have been purchased by ourselves.
