This is the second Luxe Tribes private group trip I’ve planned. Ioanna helped to curate an amazing 35th birthday celebration in Croatia. She is very responsive and great at providing recommendations. She integrated all of my ideas and sought feedback before final bookings. The travel app was new for this trip and made communication seamless.

This was my second time in 2 years taking a trip with LuxeTribes and I can’t wait to book another one. My experience is always so fun, the team is very organized, the accommodations are always top tier and Ionna our travel agent is great every time!

Overall, the communication was great and made the trip as seamless as possible. Flexible itinerary was super helpful to truly create a one of a kind experience. Our drivers were also amazing and deserve so much praise!!

This was my first Bali trip with 2 of my amazing, down to earth friends. We booked the trip about 6 months in advanced. Almost 2 weeks prior to the trip, our host dropped the bomb that our original villa was no longer available, then on top of that we found out that the horse back riding had weight limitation, then on the trip found out riding the elephant wasn’t part of service paid ( driver was nice enough to paid to ride, then reimbursed him later), and this was not communicated in advance. These last minutes of uncertainty and inconvenience at first annoyed me very much. But after getting the villa sorted out, everything once we arrived was smooth sailing. The welcome package was truly caring and thoughtful. Everything else planned afterwards was an experience of true luxury. The food and everywhere we ate was spectacular. Our Driver Jaya was phenomenal, accommodating, patience, and. Gem- definitely one of the best person to be by our side for this journey. The cooking class was filled with laughter and food turned out deliciously mouth watering. For our first villa, I didn’t appreciate that they turn off the WiFi connection before our check out time. But overall, this trip was definitely one for the book. Luxe tribe just need to polish up on the few setbacks I mentioned earlier and they will continue to thrive. People pay lots of money and excellency should be from start to finish. As what’s luxury without excellence. I’m definitely open to using luxe tribe and will recommend their services.

I was bless to have the opportunity to experience both culture and diversity on my 30 day remote trip in beautiful Bali—without a single worry, thanks to Luxe Tribe. Everything was taken care of: questions were answered before departure, I was greeted with airport pickup, had a personal driver (Aris) throughout my stay, meals prepared by a private chef, maid and butler service, and exciting excursions allowing me to see and experience the BEST of Bali throughout the trip.

One of the best parts was connecting with amazing females from all walks of life. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and my trip coordinator (Priscilla) was always available and responsive, making me feel supported at every step. Minus one little hiccup, my Bali vacation curated by Luxe Tribes for my friends and I was fantastic! The hiccup occurred before the trip and was rectified promptly but everything that happened while in Bali was phenomenal. Our driver, Jaya, was patient and accommodated all of our requests. “Can you stop at the ATM?” Can you stop at the market? Can we go back to ….? Can we stop for lunch?, etc.” We had plenty of activities planned but I loved that we were able to relax and easily make arrangements for dinner and downtime at the villa. The welcome gifts and personal visit at our villa was a very nice touch.

I recently came back from my private trip to Greece curated by Luxe tribes. Everything was coordinated perfectly, from transportation to activities to accommodations. This is my third trip with luxe tribes and the first private trip. Our host Ioanna was the best. Her communication was excellent. Always kept us informed and sent us reminders of the activities we had planned. She helped me select restaurants and even booked one for us. She checked in on us daily and ensured we were having a great time. I’m a forever luxe tribes fan and will continue to book my trips with them. Everything is 10/10 every time!

I had a great experience with Luxe Tribes on my Greece adventure. The drivers were top notch and always on time! The tours and restaurants were excellent and the Desiterra Villas offered great accommodations. Our agent, Ioanna was very attentive and made our time in Greece awesome!

I recently traveled to Bali with Luxe Tribes and my experience was absolutely amazing! The trip was planned and organized so well, all you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest. I especially loved the flexibility of the itinerary, there were fun activities and dinners planned but also plenty of free time for rest and relaxation. All the trip planners and staff were friendly, personable and super helpful even with organizing excursions not included in the itinerary. The villas we stayed in were very nice and there were gifts and goodies for the travelers which added a nice touch. I would definitely recommend traveling with Luxe Tribes, I am already looking forward to my next trip with them!

I had a great time celebrating my birthday in Dubai. This is my second trip with luxetribes and I’m planning my third & fourth already! Everything was pretty great, looking back I probably would have asked for more hotel options and picked a different one due to location but it was still nice. The excursions were great although we felt kind of rushed during our tour in Abu Dhabi…but still was great and enjoyed. There were just minor things that could have been tweaked but nothing that will stop me from booking again. Im planning on trying a group trip in addition to another private trip next year. Everything is really easy to plan and I love a trip with ease. The itinerary wasn’t jammed pack and gave us ample free time to do our own thing and relax!!! It was another great trip! I’m still Breathless about Cabo!!!! Luxe Tribes did an awesome job with planning my neice’s 40th birthday celebration. Everything from the time we landed was organized impeccably. Alberto was the most attentive and concerned host. He felt more like family. He watched over our mom and made sure she was good. I walked in to this trip not knowing what to expect of Bali and I'm elated to say it was quite remarkable! Luxe Tribes is always on point with the coordination, plans, accommodations, transportation. Our travel companion, Pinka, was nothing short of amazing. Anything we asked for she was able to provide and assisted us with so much. Pinka was knowledgeable, fun, very kind and really seemed to enjoy her work which made me smile greatly! Mr. N was an excellent driver and he also always greeted us with a smile even when we were in traffic forever. He was patient and very nice. Our first photographer, D, was quite exceptional. He learned everyone's names and made sure to get individual shots of everyone. Luxe Tribes, you've done it again! Thank you immensely for this amazing experience.

Superb servicing from beginning to end. Very professional and Pinka was the absolute best chaperone a group could ask for! Whatever we needed was provided, even last minute add ons. Everyone was great from the drivers to the private chefs. Amenities were top tier in our villas, couldn't ask for more.
