Another successfully curated trip in the books courtesy of Luxe Tribes! Bali was a dream come to life! As a solo traveler, I revel in my independence and ability to walk a singular path but it is a tremendous sigh of relief knowing the on site and even remote associates, are available 24/7 providing a safety net. I'd be remiss if I didn't shout out my driver and most gracious and accommodating tour guide Mr. Gungde! He embodies the spirit of the Balinese, respectful, kind, and harmonious. Thank you Priscilla (TA) for all your attentive responses to my inquiries. I'm literally already planning my next adventure!

My friend and I traveled to Greece last month and had an amazing experience visiting Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens. Ioanna made the planning process easy and was always quick to respond, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She checked in daily via WhatsApp, keeping us informed throughout the trip.

The hotels were in great locations, with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Transportation and tours were seamless—every driver and guide was punctual, welcoming, and made sure we had a great time.

The trip was fun and well-organized. I would definitely book with Luxe Tribes again.

As a season-traveler, I have been to many beautiful destinations, however the Newby anniversary trip to Greece, September 2025 tops them all. Not only is Greece a beautiful country, but to have been afforded the opportunity to visit Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete all in our 10 day venture was outstanding! This luxury and adventurous tour was made possible by Luxe Tribes under the guidance of personal guide Ioanna who excelled at making every detail of our trip curated for the very best experience.

Ioanna was accessible from the planing stage of the trip with necessary details and timelines which kept everyone on point with that same attention displayed throughout the entire trip. She always had a plan B to compensate for bad weather, as we encountered a couple of rainy days. It was amazing that the Plan B worked out as good or better than the original because it was seamless as we enjoyed every activity. That is the mark of a true planner who can ahead of time, make sure that the experience will be enjoyed regardless of any distractions.

My Sister and I are baby boomers who traveled with energetic professional millennials. Ioanna paid special attention to our needs by making our luxurious accommodations close to reception and suggested activities that suited our abilities and interests when necessary. For instance, while the group toured one city on ATVs, we toured in a private car Ioanna arranged for us which was just perfect! She made sure no one missed anything and the group had a variety of activities to participate in.

Like any adventures of this complexity and magnitude, I am sure there must have been some hiccups, but it was totally seamless to the group as she handled her business in private and gave us her best. Like the day it rained before the most important activity, which was the 10th year Newby anniversary party. We didn’t know the difference between it being held inside instead of outside due to rain because it was spectacular, fireworks and all. That was her professional and skilled handiwork at work!

There are many more trips on my bucket list, and I would love to travel with Ioanna as my guide. I have truly been spoiled by her professionalism, luxurious accommodations, ability to share her vast knowledge of her product, to take care of every need and curate the very best travel experience. She was professional yet welcoming, kind, and friendly and by the end of the trip, I felt like she was a true friend and family member. She is sincerely a tremendous asset to Luxe Tribes… an expert in all aspects of the word!

My first trip to Bali was an AMAZING experience! It was my first solo international trip, celebrating my 30th birthday. Priscilla arranged everything perfectly to make this journey truly unforgettable. I was so impressed by all the beautiful places I visited, and my driver, Aris, made the experience even more enjoyable while ensuring safe travels everywhere I went. All the staff members Priscilla arranged for my trip were incredibly kind and helpful.
I was so happy to meet Priscilla in person before leaving Bali. I’m already looking forward to returning for another vacation, and I will only book with Priscilla, as I’m confident she will once again provide a wonderful experience.

I used Luxe Tribes on their inaugural trip to Crete, Greece. This was my first time using Luxe for my traveling services. I’m a frequent solo traveler and this is the 3rd company that I have patronized.

I will start off with the good. The accommodation was top notch. I opted for single occupancy and my room was the perfect size. I had a balcony and jacuzzi. The room was aesthetically pleasing and the service was on point. No matter how long I was away each day, I always returned to a cleaned room with fresh towels and linens. The only complaint I have is that I had a single king room yet the bed consisted of 2 tiny twin beds pushed together which would easily separate if you were to roll over too aggressively during the night. That said, that is a hotel, not a Luxe Tribes issue. The staff was great.

Our on the ground trip guides Vasiliki and Levi were extremely kind. They both really tried their best to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. Levi who was our videographer was especially great to work with. We had a photographer, I forgot her name, who was also very sweet. I want to stress that the actual guides did their job and for this being their first time working with a group in Crete, my overall experience with each of them was positive. Our driver was also amazing. He was always prompt and positive. Luxe should continue to use their services moving forward.

5 excursions were included with our trip. The guides at the ancient palace and olive oil workshop were very informative. I really felt immersed in the culture which is always the goal when I travel. We were given 2 hours to shop at an outdoor market on day 2 which I thought was too long at first, but quickly realized was not nearly enough time. Bring cash ( Euros) with you for ease of transaction. I suggest doing a currency exchange before departure to save on fees. The excursion to the vineyard was just okay for me. We felt rushed and the table we were seated at was extremely cramped. The host was very gracious but due to time constraints, we didn’t get to take a lot of photos at the location. Finally, the boat trip on the last day was a little underwhelming. The experience was still positive because the scenic view was so breathtaking. There is not much to complain about when there is perfect weather and a picturesque ocean around you. The ship captain and his assistant were both very kind but don’t expect a yacht and a full meal. What we got was a medium size boat and some light snacks. I still had a good time swimming in the ocean and I can’t stress enough how beautiful the view is out at the island.

My criticism for the overall experience will focus on the lack of communication with our trip coordinator Nashka. I found it very perplexing why she was even involved when she was not on the ground with us. Several times throughout the trip she gave conflicting information. There was confusion about a floral versus a blue and white day. Additionally, during our last group phone call before the trip we requested an all white mood board which never materialized. The floral day coincided with the olive oil workshop which advised that we should wear comfortable shoes and to be prepared to work with our hands. I understood that to mean to dress comfortably, not to wear my best dress. Little things like that resulted in a lack of cohesiveness. I think that Nashka should have included a mood board for every day except for the free day so that everyone could match in the photos. I feel like past trips that I’ve seen on the Luxe website included this detail. I certainly requested details on the suggested wardrobe well ahead of my trip but never received a response. Also, although I enjoyed my single occupancy room, those who got one were not all treated equally. 2 of us had jacuzzis, 1 person had a premium swim up room and another had neither. We all paid the same up charge but results varied. That is not right.

My overall rating takes into consideration that this was Luxe’s first time in Crete. The accommodation was stellar which is always the most important factor. I met some great people and I appreciated the free day which I used to visit the spa. I still recommend Luxe Tribes. Coordination just needs to be straightened out at this price point.

I Cannot say enough about Luxe Tribes & the help and attention provided for our Group trip to Greece (Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Athens). Ionna was not only the best “guide” but more of Friend with all the tools & info! We had a lot of moving parts and everything was taken care of wonderfully. I would recommend to ANYONE going Anywhere! Thank you so much!

My husband and I organized our 10 year anniversary celebration in Greece and we worked with Ioanna. From start to finish, Ioanna made sure that our trip would be one that would be unforgettable. We traveled with 30 of our closest friends and family and everything was seamless from beginning to end. Ioanna was extremely accommodating and organized, and not one detail was missed. I celebrated my birthday in Bali curated by Luxe Tribes and it was phenomenal. I was well taken care of from the time I landed until my departure. I would definitely use them again! And special thanks to Leo and the entire team that treated my like royalty!

One of the best trips I’ve been on. Our host, Ioanna, was amazing and took care of our big group like no other. This was my first time in Greece and enjoyed every moment of it. I’ve been on a trip with a host before but I see now what a thoughtful and caring host really does to the experience.

I attended as a girls trip in Rio (Brazil) for my friend’s birthday celebration. We enjoyed the ease of communication with Gabriel. All of our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful but there was one that stood out “Clara” really was amazing and personable! 10/10 would recommend for future travel.

We used Luxe Tribes for our honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend! We explored so many places and didn’t have to plan a thing. Just show up! I did enjoy the experience of being in Italy. The hotel in room was a bit smelly once the AC was off but that was more of an hotel issue versus Luxe Tribes. The guide does travel with you from location to location to connect you with tour guides, provide suggestions and help with any language barriers. Overall, the trip was beautiful.

Once we arrived in Greece, we received daily communication from Ioanna via What’s App. Our hotel rooms in Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens were beautiful, clean, had exceptional staff, and prime location.

The transportation staff and tour guides were friendly and provided exceptional customer service.

I used Luxe Tribes to plan a birthday trip for my mom and me to Italy, and it was truly unforgettable. We did a 10-day trip covering Venice, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast. Elisa was our coordinator, and she did an amazing job from start to finish.

During the planning phase, she communicated promptly and effectively, helping us customize an incredible experience tailored to our family. Once we arrived, we didn't have to worry about a single detail. Elisa made sure we had all our schedules, transfers, tickets, and information clearly communicated. She even checked in daily to see how things were going, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip.

My friends and I used Luxe Tribes to travel to London and Paris. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Elisa who planned our entire trip was great. When I reached out to her a year prior, she was able to help customize a trip to our liking. We had some events that were suggested and then others we requested such as a visit to Universal Studios which she was amazing in assisting us with. While on the trip the service was amazing. Elisa and the rest of the Luxe Tribe team made sure we were well informed with our activities, driver information, transfers, tickets, etc.

I have recommended this company to others looking to travel, but unsure of where to start. Personally, I loved being able to give input to what I wanted and have the rest set up for me. I hope to plan another trip with Luxe Tribes soon.
