I recently purchased the Lux Micro Infusion kit and I'm genuinely impressed. Fantastic results.
The only issue I have with this company is the ridiculously long delivery time, however it's worth it.

I tried ordering an LED mask, the first 2 times I clicked submit/purchase, nothing happened. Assuming those transactions did not process, I clicked submit/purchase a 3rd time and received a confirmation number. However I never received an email receipt. When the package arrived there were 3 masks. I reached out to LuxSkin customer service and was told I was responsible for return shipping - to China.

I ordered the led mask and same day I told them to cancel it and they didn’t cancel even though it took 3 days to process the order to delivery status so they had enough time to cancel.

Didn’t receive purchase confirmation email but deducted money from my account

I came across Lux skin products through social media and I’d been getting RLT by an aesthetician which was extremely costly. I was amazed by the initial results but 24 hours after, I was back to normal. I decided to buy the Lux face and neck sculpture and only used it on the red light which has given me immediate results that lasted and was able to use up to 3 times a week and this had better results than a professional. I’ve been concentrating more with skincare rather then makeup and as long as I have the basics, I no longer use foundation. I love it so much that I now have bought 4 different products for my face. This has saved me hundreds of pounds on aesthetics. Only downside is the delivery time but it’s definitely worth the wait. Thank you LUX xx

Absolute scam. They send faulty products then claim they haven't got responses when you try to contact them (even though they are there on the email chain). Then they offer a replacement, sending another faulty item. So you can never get your money back, only another faulty item. AVOID. Really bad products and a scam.

Easy to order, cheap but very effective!!!!

This is the second company selling the hand held light therapy device who I have emailed the support team numerous times to just get a simple answer to the following as I am fighting cancer and am wanting a product that works to make myself feel good;

Is it micro-current or ultrasonic
Does it have a low voltage electrical current
What is the irradiance of the product

Month later still no answer this is something that should be extremely easy to respond to therefore I don't have much faith in what they are selling.

I previously wrote a review about not receiving an email confirmation regarding my order but have just found it in my spam mail...we will see what happens now. Watch this space! P.S. I'm not getting my hopes up after reading some of the other reviews regarding Lux Skin.

Never received my order. And am yet to get a refund.

I bought a Lux skin mask and used it for the minimum time (15 minutes) each time. My face has been an absolute mess since with breakouts of acne and some very dry patches with my skin peeling off. I have sent messages and I have received replies advising me but the advice didn't make any difference. I am very disappointed with this product. I was also, like many others shocked at the cost of postage added onto the price of the mask.

I ordered the face sculpting tool. After having it for about six weeks, the part of the tool that makes contact with the skin came off, smearing cement type glue on my neck. I wish I could add pictures to this review. It was lucky the device hadn’t heated up fully and I noticed the glue/ cement on my skin- otherwise it could have been a chemical burn. I have emailed Luxskin but I’m not expecting a reply given other reviews here. I had took care of the device, it didn’t get wet and was used appropriately. I liked the device while I was using it, but I won’t be asking for a replacement as I’m frightened that their products are not safe. I’ll stick to a traditional gua sha tool in the future. Avoid as you may end up with a faulty product and chemical burn if you’re unlucky.

Worst company going. Selling cheap plastic and faulty products. Then ignoring emails about returning!! Awful

This is a horrible product. I’ve been waiting for weeks to get it and it doesn’t even work. I can’t even get it to power up. No matter how long I leave it to charge it doesn’t power up and it doesn’t zap. I’ve had it charge over night and it still won’t work. What a waste.

I have purchased 3 devices from Luxskin and I love all of them! Especially my led mask and my face sculpting tool. I’ve owned my products for over a year now and they work great with no issues. Orders take awhile to receive (I believe they are out of the UK) but totally worth the wait!

I gave the customer service one star because there was no 0 star available. I purchased a lux skin hair removal IPL Laser Hair Removal product that did not work for me. I have been trying to get my "Money Back Guarantee" that they advertize. It is impossible to get your "Money Back" I have tried many times and to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau on this. I do not recommend buying any product from this company.

Ordered the led face mask. I was charged and have not received it nor has anyone gotten back to me. I feel like I have been scammed and now I need to work with my credit card to reverse the charge.

UPDATE: 3/17. I reached out again to this company and they still have yet to respond or return my funds for a product I never received.

Customer service is truly awful and bordering on criminal. Within two days of finally receiving (took weeks to turn up) the bundle i ordered, I realised one item was broken and the other I didnt want - a value of almost £100. So initiated a return through their “contact us” system. Was sent a reply with “you’ll have 90 day return window, answer these questions and then we’ll be in touch” - I respond with the answers. And nothing. I have done this 4 times now. I am getting close to the 90 day cut off. This must be how they make their money. A complete refusal to acknowledge and accept returns. I want my money back. That was Christmas present money from my father and its just wasted sat in a box. Thieving people.

I have done what the told me to do and emailed them 3 times now and have had no reply about not receiving my chin massage machine.
