I am writing to you today with a heavy heart and a sense of disappointment regarding my recent experience with Liz skin.
I am reaching out to kindly request a refund for my order UK225146, which was cancelled.
I was deeply saddened to receive the notification that my order had been cancelled and no refund has been made. This news left me not only disheartened but also financially burdened.

Not refunding my order has put me in a difficult position, as the funds I allocated for this purchase are now tied up, preventing me from meeting other financial obligations.

I kindly implore you to consider my situation and grant me a full refund for the amount I paid. This refund would greatly alleviate my current financial strain and restore my faith in the quality of service that Lux skin claims to provide

Do not buy unless you are 100% sure you will use or like the item the return policy is awful. I am within my 60 day return and the item which cost me 59euro is costing me the same to return to China

Some products are not same as photos. When I asked for refund with return postage, they asked me to send items back to China at my own cost although items are different from photos. Moreover, after I returned the products, the tax that I paid was not refunded. I asked and they said the tax was not refundable??! To me that is unusual. When we return items, we should get the purchase amount of the goods including gst back.

Quality products at good prices especially when on sale. Shipping is usually quick.

I am very excited to receive my items, but I still not received any tracking information and my order has priority shipping. My order is AU199618 and haven't received any further confirmations or notifications in regards to my order. Order was made 31/07/2023

This is outrageous,such a scam! I was advised it would take 5-10 business days, but it's been 5 months since I cancelled my order with them and they haven't issued a refund. They don't have a phone number. I have sent MANY emails but still haven't received the refund, and they haven't replied to any e-mails I've sent for the past 2 months.Update: it looks like they blocked my email address as I don't receive 'We received your email confirmation' and there is no other way to contact them.

Although they offer a refund if you are not satisfied with their product, you must ship the item to China. Nowhere on their website do they list the return address or indicate any address but they really push their 100% satisfaction guarantee knowing that the shipping costs to China can exceed the purchase price of many of their products. Also, their products do not come with detailed instructions. You have to reach out to them for extra explanations.

Prompt delivery & products arrive well packaged & not damaged.
All of my products are as described & work well. Great additions to my daily facial routine.

I emailed Lux and about my order however never got a response so I think it will be very difficult to contact them when you want to change your order or even want a Refund from them .

Luxskin have some great products, I’ve only had a small issue with the pro styler and the customer service team were slow to respond but very helpful with a resolution in the end.
I highly recommend the IPL machine and the LED facial wand I’ve had good results with these products 👍🏻

The actual products are great, shipping was a bit delayed.

I love lux skin’s products. Deliveries are always quick & I have lots of skincare stuff which are good quality and cheap.

Crappy response, crappy customer service, crappy product

As with most on this forum with negative experience, I too had delays with receiving the product, not realising its being shipped from China.

My issue atm is I cannot seem to get the correct details to send the product back to.

I am sent a faulty product, which I would like to return and I lodge a request with the customer service suggested, they took forever to respond. I was then told that i need to pay to return the faulty product, which unlike any australia company, its the companies liability to arrange the product to be sent back, espically if its not local ! (if i knew the product is being shipped from China I wouldnt have ordered). I thougth this is an australian company and would have australian regulations in place.

Anyways.. I am willing to send the product back, however upon requesting for details of the contact person and name, as it is required by the postal company, I still only get the name in english and a toll free number. I have even sent the support team the airway bill details and what needs to be completed.

The 90 day money back is a scam.. espically if you are sent a faulty product and would need to pay nearly close to the same amount to send the product back to China.

It has been close to a month now that I am trying to send this product back.. with the additional Addon travel pouch which was automatically added into my order!

I would add a few more bucks and buy a product that is local and can be serviced locally in the event there is an issue.

Extremely disappointing

I ordered the PREMIUM IPL HANDSET, thinking it was portable but it wasn't. I've been using it thrice and still awaiting the result. It becomes hot and can burn the skin if not careful after several clicks/shots. I'm using dark glasses when using because the light that it produces is too bright for me.

As for the LED FACIAL MASK, I like it as it is portable and I can move around with it. It is comfortable as well. I'm using the blue light for my breakouts and I can see some improvements. It takes time though, with religious use, 2-3 times a week plus the right skin products.

Have only used the IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset for 2 sessions and I noticed a major reduction in the hair growth on the first use. I usually become prickly within 24hours of shaving, so to not have to shave for several days is incredible. Can't wait to see the difference after 12 sessions.
It's painless (bearly even a tingle) and I can use it in the comfort of my own home and for it to be so affordable feels like a dream. Best purchase EVER!
