We contacted the customer and offered another bezel in addition to the one they have already received. We also offered full refund.

I never received my order and cann9t reach the company, this is a total scam . I never received a refund. they did not try to contact me . They cover their tracks well . Do not purchase from the company.

What a great experience! I bought a beautiful woman’s 26 mm rolex watch. Alex is just a great guy and so helpful! I wanted a specific mop string diamond dial and he made it happen! I will definitely buy from them again.
Never got my order. Ordered January 7th 2025, then a few days ago luxtimeco said they will issue refund, but it will take 10 days to receive. I had to keep reaching out to them to find out where my order was.

We contacted the customer for refund and they never replied. We have proof in emails as well.
We sent numerous emails asking for info on how to send refund but never received a reply.
