I have recently booked an amazing Holiday to Thailand through Luxtripper. The journey from beginning to end was fantastic, Kevin was so good he answered all of my concerns and was very helpful. The use of whatsapp made things a lot easier. I wanted to share my overall experience with Lux Tripper to Vietnam and Cambodia, which was largely very positive. Given the challenging circumstances at the time with the ongoing situation in Iran, I was impressed with the communication and care taken with our Dubai flights. Everything felt handled with care considering the circumstances.

Throughout the trip, the quality of the hotels exceeded expectations, and the itinerary was well structured, offering a great balance of guided experiences and free time. The additional activities and local contacts provided were excellent and really enhanced the overall experience.

That said, there was one issue that did take the shine off an otherwise fantastic trip. The internal flights in Vietnam were frequently delayed, which resulted in us spending almost an entire day in the airport and arriving in Cambodia much later than planned. Unfortunately, this had a knock-on effect on the rest of our time there.

More disappointing was a last-minute change to our outbound flight from Cambodia. We were only notified late the day before that the flight had been moved to an earlier time, requiring us to be ready for pickup before 7am. This meant we missed our final full day in Cambodia, along with activities we had been really looking forward to. It also disrupted our last evening, as we were out enjoying ourselves when we received the news, which understandably dampened the experience.

As a result of these changes, we effectively only had two days in Cambodia instead of three, which was particularly disappointing as it was personally my favourite part of the trip, and my favourite hotel.

Despite this setback, the overall experience was still very good. In fact, Cambodia left such a strong impression on us that we would love to return in the future—and we would certainly consider booking again with this travel company, hopefully with a smoother experience next time.

Just returned from a 2 week trip to Thailand with my husband and teenage boys. We had an amazing time staying in Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket we have never traveled around like this before and were so pleased we did, all the hotels, internal flights, transfers and staff were great. We were recommend LuxTripper by someone else and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I was recommended Luxtripper by a family member and was advised to speak to Sean.

Not only was he able to beat a comparative quote, he was also able to include private airport transfers as part of our booking, something which was not included with the previous quote we received.

He was meticulous with our requests and was always keen to ensure all our needs were met. Given it is a booking for our Honeymoon, he dealt with our request with care and efficiency, taking away all the stresses when it comes to booking a special trip.

I will definitely be using Sean and Luxtripper again and could not recommend them more.

Second time travelling with Luxtripper this time in Vietnam. Have to say that their support from start to finish has been nothing short of first class. Thank you to Sarah for putting the trip together for us and having so much patience in amending the itinerary until we had the perfect trip arranged. Huge thanks also to Queenie and the team in Vietnam who were always in communication to ensure everything ran like clockwork. I would highly recommend.

We have had the most wonderful 15 day trip to Sri Lanka organised by Lux Tripper and apart from a few minor niggles about our itinerary everything was organised and ran seemlessly!

Just completed our 2nd long haul tour with Luxtripper after spending 3 weeks in India last year.
We booked this 3 week vacation to Asia visiting multiple locations in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and are just about to fly home to the UK.
Everything about this holiday was fantastic, we were kept informed of travel plans every step during our holiday. Drivers were always on time to pick us up from our internal flights and escort us to and from our hotels. Tour guides arrived always as scheduled and were very friendly and informative during organised trips included with our package. All hotels we stayed at during our holiday were first class. We were wondering if this holiday would live up to the amazing holiday we had with them in India, this tour most certainly did. A very special mention to Queenie who was our contact in Vietnam throughout the entire trip, Queenie messaged us on the first day of our holiday and kept in touch throughout always checking if we needed any assistance or support. If your looking for a package that includes flights, transport, guides and trips I would not hesitate to book through Luxtripper, again on both occasions we've used them they most certainly have deserved their 5 star review. The cost of these trips is excellent and great value for money considering what is included. We now have one huge problem, when and what trip to book next with Luxtripper.

Love this company and second time used! Not long returned from Vietnam - Hanoi, Halong Bay, Cambodia, Saigon, Phu Quoc and Hong Kong Island all booked via Luxtripper.
I’d book again with this company. There were a few hiccups in booking but mainly that’s because I check, double and triple check hotels, destinations, timings, airlines etc…
I love that we can easily choose/change any or all recommended hotels. Just a quick phone call and it’s done! DO YOUR HOMEWORK then you won’t be disappointed!
We were told all drivers English speaking but unfortunately that’s not the case. NOT Luxtripper’s fault but the third party’s. Make sure Luxtripper are aware to enable correction.
We only had one late driver at the airport out of 7 so not bad going . Again- not the fault of Luxtripper.
Luxtripper arranged EVERYTHING and I love the WA communication throughout which helped greatly.

We booked with luxtripper to go to Sri lanka and Maldives we spoke with Barry M, he was so kind and friendly and soon i spoke to him I knew i would book with them. He planned a trip perfectly. We had brilliant hotels and our driver Lal Rohana was amazing he was polite, kind and very funny. He made our trip truly amazing and unforgettable he made memories which we will treasure forever. My wife and I booked our honeymoon to the Maldives through Luxtripper, we were supported by Douglas. We went from feeling a bit lost with the amount of options in the Maldives, to choosing a honeymoon in one day thanks to Douglas’ assistance. The options were presented to us clearly and Luxtripper were able to beat a quote we found from a third party website. The trip went off without a hitch and all of our travel documents were presented to us way ahead of time. Luxtripper were also able to assist with connecting our flights to our airline loyalty programmes. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

Selena has been great in helping me book the perfect holiday for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Can’t thank her enough.

We booked with Luxtripper for a Vietnam and Cambodia package. Daniel helped with our booking and he was very helpful. We had an amazing time and all accomodations were fantastic. The highlights being the Indochine Cruise on Halong Bay and the Metta Residence in Siem Reap. Our rooms were huge and well decorated and the staff were excellent. There were a number of tours included in the booking which we didnt think too much about before the trip but they ended up being highlights. The jeep tour around Hanoi, the cocunut/fishing boats in Hoi An and the tour of Angkor Wat were all excellent - the guides were all very good, knowledgeable and spoke good English. We were also provided a free body massage and evening meal in Hoi An which was unexpected and definately worth it.

Private transfers were arranged and we felt looked after whilst over there by Queenie and colleagues who communicated well via WhatsApp and reaffirmed our pick up times.

The only slight issues we had were with flights which were largely outside of Luxtripper's control. Our flight times were changed numerous times which was a bit frustrating and 3 of the flights in Vietnam ended up taking off 1-3 hours late. Vietjet seemed very disorganised and id hesitate to use them again if i return. On our Cambodia flight we were informed around 11pm that our flight the next day had moved from the evening to 10am, meaning we had to cancel plans and get up at 6am. Also, our international flight home was pushed out a day, so we needed to ask for more time of work and make other arrangements.

Overall this didnt detract much from what was a great experience but you should take the flight times with a pinch of salt and prepare to spend a lot of time at airports.

Id definately book with Luxtripper again.

We travelled South India organised via Luxtripper. Firstly we must mention Anil, our driver. Anil took us happily and cheerfully to every place on the busy schedule making the whole trip a delight and free of anxieties. He could not have been more helpful way beyond our expectations.
Regarding Luxtripper. The Taylor made schedule they put in place for us was fantastic and way beyond our expectations. Everything planned round our requests to precision. The quality of the 9 hotels we stayed in were superb. 5 star luxury all the way. In all, we will gladly use Luxtripper again as the value for money was exceptional.

We are just returning from a 2 week touring holiday in Kerala. Everything has gone very smoothly in spite of the war and we are very glad we did not postpone - we felt very sorry for the hotels etc as so many Westerners have had to cancel. We had a wonderful tour of India. We did the Triangle with Varanasi then headed down South. It was organised that we had a driver and a tour guide to take up on different excursions. The drivers well excellent and very friendly. Thank you everyone for making this a wonderful holiday and experience.

A friend recommended this site to me. I was a bit wiery as never heard of them as I've always booked through well known companies.Well after looking on many sites for the same hotel I have to say this beats them all by far by price no hidden costs Douglas was very helpful and quick at giving me a price.I have not been yet but I have to say lux representatives made it so easy for me and explained my whole process.Now roll on September Maldives here I come....
