Khan and Zac drove me and my cat from London to Charles de Gaulle airport this morning, and it was a stress-free pleasant journey despite a 4.30am start. They were very punctual, polite, friendly and helpful, with excellent communication around arrangements. Very highly recommended!

Zac was amazing! From the minute I started to communicate with him in the States to the time we hugged goodbye he was professional and completely set my mind at ease. He gives you the feeling of being treated like family. After such a long journey and the stress of getting everything prepared (not to mention the financial stress) it is incredible to have a friendly face and voice guiding you through what could be very difficult. I can not recommend Zac and his company more highly. I will 100% use his service again. He was wonderful! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

From Paris to London with a small dog who loves to show himself by barking but fortunately we had an excellent driver; Sami who was very professional in arriving on time, driving very well and above all his car was very spacious to make us feel comfortable. Frankly a big thank you to luxurious pet move abroad because Zac had organized the whole trip well and Sami put it into execution without stress and without any hesitation we will take the road with Sami to return to London. They transported my dog from Marbella to London and were absolutely excellent. By the time they arrived my dog absolutely loved them and could tell she had a very good experienced. They sent me updates, pictures, videos and even video called me to show me my dog was doing well. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

My journey was on July 24th from Paris to London. I am very happy with the service and travel with this company. The driver ( Ash) was very friendly, nice, and on time. Everything was perfect. Also, Zac was very supportive during the whole process of travel. I definitely recommend them. Uk . We had to bring our two cats from Milano to London. We flew to Paris and Zac picked us up at the airport and then drove us to London. The trip was easy and smooth. The cats were allowed to be free in the car, and Zac has always been very kind and helpful. I Highly recommend to travel with him !! We felt so lucky.

I had a wonderful trip with Zac. This was my first time that I used Euro Tunnel with my Dog. Wonderful experience, details mentioned below:

Pricing: I checked with few of the providers, all had quoted me higher pricing saying Euro Tunnel is expensive these days, no standard ticket is available. I need buy flexi ticket which will cost me £330 - £425. But when I called Zac, he gave me the correct pricing.

Procedure: Zac followed up and ask for documentation before booking to make sure all documentation are in place properly.

Follow up: On the day of journey, he followed up again with us with our correct arrival time.

Timings: As soon we arrived by train from Paris, he was prompt on time. He supported us with our baggage from the platform to the car.

Service: He made sure sufficient water is available in the car. He offered water for our dog. Given us time to make our dog walk for sometime to freshen up before our journey starts. Seats were covered with proper cover.

Pet Clearance: On Pet clearance centre, he accompanied us with the pet, helped to get the clearance done from the officer.

VAT Refund: As we came from Paris and entering UK. We wanted to do some VAT refunds… he helped and accompanied us there. As the VAT window was closed, he was with us waiting for the officers to return after their break. In fact we missed 1 slot of Euro Tunnel for this.

Journey: As it was our first time through Euro Tunnel, we discussed about Folkestone, he detoured a bit for us and showed us Folkestone.
On the way to Sutton, we spoke a lot about their culture, exchange our ideas on Geo Political issues happening around the world etc.

From Calais to Sutton…. We didn’t realised how these hours were passed. 5 Start from my side.

Incase someone from UK wants European Pet Passport, Zac can help. I had some difficulties doing by myself. I discussed the same with Zac and he mentioned that he is connected well and can do Pet Passport from Europe.

Great service, picked me up, helped carry my luggage after an arduous trip, stopped off to give my cats a quick wander after 19hrs traveling. Sami was awesome and helped land and earlier spot on the eurostar too. 10/10z

Luxurious Pet Move Abroad were amazing! We contacted them with a very short notice to transport our dog from Sweden to the UK (after many attempts with other companies). They responded very quickly and were very organised. From the moment they picked up our dog they kept sending us pictures and videos and even video calls too. This was very helpful as we were a little concerned because this was the first time our dog travelled with a stranger and by car for many hours. The pick up and drop off timing was also perfect as it matched our arrival time by plane. We are very happy and grateful for their service. They were fantastic and definitely trustworthy.

Excellent service provided by both drivers that took me and my pets from Amsterdam up to Manchester. We even had to stop midway to pick up further luggage and the driver carried everything, including very heavy luggage! I was delighted with all their dedication and professional attitude, and my pets were very comfortable all the way up. Will definitely use this company again if ever needed.

We were in a pickle! Forgot to worm our gorgeous Cockerpoo before travelling back to UK from France for a family funeral.,we got to the tunnel at 6.30am and they gave us the good news! I'd been for her rabies booster but didn't worm. So she couldn't travel until 24hrs after being wormed. Had to wait until 8.30 for vet to open, who also found us a kennel close by. They were super helpful. We looked up Pet transport on line and found the Luxury company! I phoned and Abdul answered. He was so so helpful, couldn't do enough. He collected Poppy the next day from the Kennel and transported her home to my sister in Somerset. He set pics all the time, at the kennel, on the train (in his car) and kept me updated.
