Great selection of tiles. Great service. Helpful and knowledgeable

The tiles were well packaged and delivered quite promptly... Delivery is quite pricey tbh.... especially when you haven't ordered enough first time and need a second delivery 🙈. But will be using again and the range they have is huge and the quality is very good 👍.

AMAZING!!
Tiles are beautiful, I am putting in another order for more of these tiles.
As for the service 5 STARS. Quick, clean, well packed.
Excellent service.

Delivery was slightly slower than expected however I ordered in plenty of time so wasn’t an issue for me. Tiles arrived in perfect condition and very well packed. They look gorgeous in my bathroom

Luxury Tiles offered a great price, speedy delivery and when the tiles came they were packaged securely so none were damaged. Was very impressed with the wide range of tiles. We used ours as placecards for our wedding and everyone raved about how unique they were - thank you!

Great product, good price and very speedy delivery
Wouldn’t hesitate again to reorder from this company

They had a lot of different styles and the delivery came fast, the service was excellent- when I enquired for the exact tiles that I needed and the exact specification they responded immediately and I got what I wanted. Thank-you

The whole experience was positive. A sample was sent and was broken on delivery. There was no quibble about sending another. The quality of the tiles is superb. Most importantly, the customer service is excellent and I now have a very presentable kitchen!

Chris went out of his way to source a particular tile, very helpful

Ordered my tiles and received safely to Northern Ireland with no issues and no extra cost. Other tile companies were looking ridiculous delivery cost, but I’m delighted that luxury tiles delivered to Northern Ireland free. The tiles are stunning once fitted and are a real head turner. Luxury tiles were great with the samples and I made a couple of phone calls and had sent emails during my tile selection process and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Also their tiles are stunning and many that you won’t see in tile shops. I’m very happy with the service and my beautiful gold tiles and will use this company again in a heartbeat.

Despite being advertised as available and paid for next day delivery, the tiles we order were out of stock. We received only half of the order and the remaining part are more than one month away.
The customer service is terrible. Never replied to emails or at the phone. Did not offer a solution and I am forced to buy new tiles as cannot wait for more than one month to finish the job.

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs!

The tiles look fabulous our friends commented on the look and it's transformed our kitchen and we love it, we ordered the tiles and they came the next day absolutely brilliant service

Please do not use this company's services. Communication and delivery times are terrible. I did not receive my full order and cannot get a refund.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Delivery company damaged my property while delivering the tiles.

They said they will support my claim and speak with the delivery company to arrange compensation, it never happen and now they are ignoring my emails and call.

Amazing service, very fast delivery love the mosaics and floor tiles we just received from this company. I would highly recommend them.

The service was exceptional, very friendly staff, all my questions were answered and the delivery was swift.
The tiles are stunning and added that extra special something to our bathroom. We ordered the blue Mosaik tiles. We are delighted and would order from them again without hesitation. A big thank you to the team

Absolutely brilliant company. I ordered some tiles which arrived next day delivery and I soon realised that I needed one extra tile and so I rang them and they sent it to me for the next day delivery with no extra charge. Honestly lovely people to deal with and so helpful. I would definitely recommend and definitely use again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible company. Ordered tiles, waited a week and heard nothing. I emailed to ask when they would be arriving and was told they were out of stock for another month (nothing about this on the website) and I could either wait, or have a refund. I requested a refund and it was radio silence. Now a week later and nothing. I have a feeling after reading other reviews on here that I am going to have to pursue the refund via my card company. AVOID

Very poor service. No tracking information, didn’t answer emails requesting information and tiles failed to arrive despite 3 phone calls and false promises. Shop elsewhere!

Quality and good prices
