Same here, I bought some golden goose trainers and they are too small for me. I wanted to return them and sent 5 emails already no one has replied. I bought them with pay pal and not sure how to get my money back now. When I was asking for the tracking number and why it was taking so long, I received an email saying that the shipment is being prepared and they don't know the reason why it ia taking so long but I should receive the shoes soon ( obviously they couldn't tell me they were being shipped from China!) I am sad cos people just take advantage and money of you and have the audacity to simply do that by selling and providing fake and no Service at all.

The Golden Goose Shoes they sent are a copy (fake) I have had this validated by a Golden Goose store. Do not buy their shoes as they are fake products. I have sent 2 emails to customer stand been ignored, I will now escalate as this is fraudulent activity.

-Fake Trustpilot banner on their website showing more reviews and higher score than here (Trustpilot, why aren’t you bothered about this?)
-Golden Goose has confirmed that Lyle Studios have no connection with them and buyers report what they receive is fake, if they receive anything . Other items being sold are also targets for scams, e.g. GAT shoes
-No record of the sites existence before a couple of months ago on Trustpilot and social media
-A flood of glowing AI generated reviews that are intended to drown out genuine ones. All fake reviewers have made just review each, except to review another scam website
-Genuine critical reviews taken down after accepting a refund – Lyle Studios can keep this up if enough buyers don’t challenge
-Slick but not that slick website. No real details on the items and the ‘buy two’ offer is a red flag
-The company is not registered or listed at the London address that they claim to be
-Feedback that return address for shipping is in the USA, the legal statement is governed in the UAE and the money was taken in Palma, Spain despite their quoted address being in the UK
Anything else – oh, and a generic response from their fake, toothless ‘Legal Department’!

I’ve been scammed!! This 50% off Golden Goose are cheap fakes. I contacted them for a full refund and received two emails. One, how sorry they were and the link to their return policy and an address in London to return them to. Second, to let THEM know when the parcel has been delivered to them. I paid for registered postage and guess what? Parcel sent back to me as they do NOT exist under this address. I have now opened a case with the card provider and I’m just hoping to get my money back.

I have reported this website to the United Kingdom National Cyber Security Centre, a scam website and a scam advert on social media. I would strongly suggest to every and each person who has been scummed by this website to do the same!

Scam, don’t ever buy fake goods from this company as they’re china made fake goods counterfeit.

Shoes arrived 3 week after placing the order.
You can’t cancel the order, if you ask for a refund they give you the address to send the parcel at your own cost which is questionable, to 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

We have sent the parcel and parcel gets back to me.
We resend the parcel and the parcel gets back to me with another paper wrapping, stating my PayPal name on it.

They don’t answer to PayPal resolution centre they just want the money and run.

So don’t buy from it I’ll be not recommending on all social media neither so that people don’t fall to the trap.

i need to return a pair of shoes that do not fit me. They have a return policy where you need to reach out to them first before returning, so they approve it. No one has responded to my emails.

Like many other I had a bad experience when challenging the authenticity of the product , the tracking number and trying to get a refund to which I did eventually obtain . My personal advise would be NOT to use Lyle Studios for authentic Golden Goose shoes. Quite often if something seems to good to be true, generally it is

My issue is now closed , I have not received any product and have had a refund but I believe a product is incoming albeit nearly a month after placing an order as the original tracking number now has an update. I was asked to withdraw my original ONE STAR review in order for me to get my refund to which they did oblige and stated that when the goods arrive I can keep them as a gesture of goodwill . I have full transcripts of emails and WhatsApp messages from them which I will hold for refence purposes

I am writing again to share my experience with Lyle Studio. I purchased two Golden Goose trainers that were advertised as on promotion on their website. They claim to be a trusted distributor, but my experience proved otherwise.

After a few days, I was unable to track my order using the tracking information they provided. Suspecting something was wrong, I contacted Golden Goose directly, and they confirmed that Lyle Studio has no business relationship with them.

I then requested proof of authenticity from Lyle Studio, but they kept avoiding my emails. After two weeks, they sent me a new tracking number. Upon checking, I discovered that the goods were being shipped from China.

When the package arrived, the item was 100% counterfeit, as confirmed by Golden Goose SPA. To make matters worse:

They only sent me one pair despite charging for two.

The pair they sent was a completely different style from what I ordered.

I have disputed the transaction with my bank and have received my money back, but I felt it was important to share my experience so potential customers know who they are dealing with.

Warning: This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Proceed with extreme caution.

Despite their glossy website, the items are made from cheap materials, shipped from china and their return policy is strange. You have to pay for your own return label. I will not be using again and would urge people not to use

I ordered a pair of the golden goose pumps. I now realise the price was too good to be true. After a few days I’d had no tracking number so I emailed to which one was then produced. Royal Mail were the carriers, however after another few days there was no change. Another email and was told due to busy periods shipping could take longer than usual. After 12 days I write a review which I was asked to remove and proceeded to obtain a full refund. I wasn’t expecting this from reading other reviews but happy when it came. When the shoes then arrived a few days later (which I was told I could keep as a gesture of goodwill) I found them to be nowhere near the quality of my own golden goose which were purchased from GG website. These that arrived from Lyle looked brand new ! GG are made to look worn distressed and each one unique. These were bright white uniformed scuff marks mimicking each shoe. Too perfect. The smell on opening was very pungent almost glue like. Not that lovely leather smell. The bag they came in completely different to my own. Poor quality Very disappointed.

Keep away from this company and website, it’s fraud, they fill you with garbage writing, send a DHL link, which is not valid, or for another person. They offer you a refund, only thing you need is to provide them with your bank account info.
Again they try to cheat you more.
I thought I bought a pair of shoes, now after 2 weeks with nonsense of explanation and fake info, DHL track links
and pictures of label and shoe, they still keep you captured into their fraud spin.
I don’t know how to stop these people / websites, but it’s really annoying to spend time and money on such a criminal thinking people
All their positive reviews on Trustpilot, most simply be fake.

So, now Lyle Studios has sent an answer, with claim on law suits and all kinds of treats. But look through all their negative and 1 star Trustpilots answer - just during the last 3 weeks.

I originally intended to purchase authentic Golden Goose shoes from this website, as it appeared legitimate and even claimed to have official affiliations. Unfortunately, the company is not a trusted retailer, and the shoes I received were clearly counterfeit and of poor quality. Despite advertising that they were based in the UK, shipping took over 14 days.

After doing more research, I discovered multiple YouTube videos warning consumers to be cautious of this site, I wish I had checked beforehand. My previous review was removed after the company promised me a refund, which I regretfully believed, but they never followed through. Since then, they have completely ghosted me.

Please do your research before buying and avoid making the same mistake I did!

I ordered a pair of shoes GDBB STAR that never arrived. DHL denied picking up the package and advised me to contact the police.
Their “LEGAL" department continues to lie shamelessly, claiming that the package is "on the way", when it is obvious that there is no package. Instead of offering solutions, they put you in an uncomfortable position and refuse to take responsibility.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! It is a complete scam. I will sue them for sure

If I could rate it zero I would I made a purchase of £225 and got scammed everytime I ask about information about my purchase I get nothing they just stall. I even asked about a cancellation on my order before it was even sent out or packaged and they said no. You can’t even track where your order is because when you put in your order number it says no information on your order but has been shipped it has been a long time for my order to still be shipped even though the place is in the uk where I live.

I bought two shoes from them. They are called Lyle basic, one white version and one black version. I have proof of purchase for everything. Received a email saying order confirmed and order has been shipped. Received a tracking number too. I made the purchase august 7 and since that date the tracking has been saying waiting for order to be shipped. Today is august 21. On their website it says 5-7 days shipping. Have been emailing for 14 days with them keep giving me the same bullshit response. EVERYBODY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE. Contacted my bank and they said they’ll get this place shut down and report them to the uk legislative.

Ordered 9th August, says my product is still in China today 21st August??? Thought Lyle studios based in London not china. I'm in Dublin, would like a refund at this stage.
