I would like to confirm that your order was dispatched on March 31st. Unfortunately, it appears that An Post was unable to complete the delivery for reasons outside of our control.
As the parcel is currently with the courier, we would recommend contacting An Post directly for further assistance in arranging delivery. In the meantime, I have also escalated this with our fulfilment team, who will look into the matter from our side as well.

Me and my mam got welded bracelets and…
Me and my mam got welded bracelets and within 6 days the loops started to tarnish. We went in to the store in limerick and the staff member said to pick something else out that I wanted instead as we didn’t want replacements if they were just going to tarnish again.. so we picked other bits out and when we told her what we wanted she said she can’t give us them as her manager texted her to say not to, that the only option was replacement which we didn’t want. We went home not sure what to do so my mam got in touch with lynott and they said they can give us a refund if we bring the receipt in. Mam went in with the receipt and they said they can’t give it without the merchandise even though they hadn’t stated that to her previously. She went in for a third time and asked to be refunded and she fortunately received it that time. It was meant to be a nice gift for me moving away and it turned out to be an uncomfortable experience which left us feeling quite dissatisfied. The staff weren’t accommodating or helpful, i wish I had read the reviews online before we decided to purchase anything as the reviews are quite telling. I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be shopping from them in the future.
