Ordered March 14,2026. Received notification on March 19,2026 this was sent out. April 4 contacted company and was told it’s on the way. Contacted company again today, April 8, because still no product, asking to have my money refunded. I was told the product is in the United States shipping department now and they can’t track exactly where. Neither can I. Asked again for my money back. Have not gotten any response. Very poor customer service. Do not purchase from them.

Like others have said, I still haven't received these. I ordered on March 17th, 2026 and got an email saying they shipped on March 18th. I then received an email that they were delivered, when they really weren't.
I've been messaging the company and they said they were still out for delivery and have a harder time tracking the order because it went through a different app, or something like that (I used shop pay for the payment, I'm not sure if that is what they are talking about by using a different app).
I messaged again a few days later and the told me that orders can take 2-3 days before shipping and then it is 8-10 business days to get there.
I messaged earlier today and haven't heard back yet
I'm so frustrated. I was excited to try these gummies since they said they are supposed to help with fibromyalgia.
Now I'm worried that they are a scam.
What a disappointment.

Been trying the product for over 2 months and my sleep has not improved at all. I suspect their claims are unfounded. Very expensive for what it is. Won’t be reordering. Will try something else

I ordered on the 12th of march and I have a message that product is on the way but I try to get and update and the do not answer my e-mails. Today is 23 of march and I see the charge on my account but no answer yet.

This is another fake company on Facebook taking people's money and not delivering. I keep telling myself don't order anymore on Facebook but I forget. The big right up on this product was so believable. I'm sickened because I can't afford to lose money like this. Don't order from this company.

LYRASLEEP seemed to help w drifting off to sleep, and initially, staying asleep. However after consistently using almost the entire first container of my order, I can no longer say that's true. I typically still get to sleep ok, but my night time awakenings have increased. So disappointing.

This company should not be trusted. The first order I made did not arrive and I had to chase it up, at which point they sent a replacement. I did like the product so I placed a second order and this was massively delayed in getting to me and when it arrived the taste was disgusting and nothing like the first order. When I emailed to query this I was told they had changed the formulation of the gummy and no further help was offered. I won't be ordering them again.

Absolutely bombarded by ads from this company in my Facebook feed, no doubt because I meet their target demographic and then made the mistake of clicking on one of their ads.

The product looks legitimate and contains "as seen on" logos for trusted brands such as Good Housekeeping, WebMD and Healthline, but I did a bit of research and although Good Housekeeping did run an article comparing Sleep Aid Supplements on 30 July 2025, there is absolutely no mention of this product, only some of the ingredients that they claim their product contains.

Worse, there is a Trustpilot 5* logo on the checkout page, stating they have "173,000 happy customers", but there is no link to their page on Trustpilot and I subsequently discovered that it doesn't in fact exist. When I queried it with Customer Service, I was told that it was because UK customers are sometimes unable to view their Trustpilot page, as it is US-based. This is untrue because I can see pages for companies on the US version of Trustpilot and they're not there. There are pages for similarly named companies, one of which sells sleep devices, but not supplements. They said they're in the process of setting up their UK page so I said I'd help by creating one for them, based on my experience with them so far... Hence the review!

Customer Services instead directed me to the positive reviews and photos featured on their own website, but I am not inclined to believe that they are genuine or independent, based on the misleading nature of the logos.

I'm not certain this is a scam and the product might live up to their claims, but I'm not going to risk spending money on, let alone ingesting, something that hasn't been independently proven as safe or efficatious.
