Over the last two years, I have migrated nearly 10 of my websites to Lytehosting. The experience had been good until recently (about 2-3 weeks ago). Since then, everyone of my websites with them have had a reasonable amount of downtime - frequent enough to raise concern. Their support had always been poor. Most times, they send you Googled answer to your issues - they do not know any better.
For non-critical projects, it is a good option to consider but do not count on their support.

It is appalling to know that the promising hosting company is now so bad that even processing refund takes 2months and yet refunds won't get processed... From their behavior this company is folding... I lost my job because I hosted an international company with them...A premium shared hosting server can't have 60%uptime on their platform... That is how bad they have degraded.

Lytehosting - One chance bus...
This is one chance bus.... Firstly when you joined things will start working fine, but later it would be disaster and disappointment.
The worst thing is that - they can't even able to fix a serious technical issue, as you you watch sites being destroyed and damaged.
I regret joining them.... If you love your site DON'T join them, because most of the positives reviews you're seeing here are sponsored ones, not from real users who used their services.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their support team through various channels, I’ve received no response.

Lack of Support: I’ve reached out multiple times, only to be met with complete silence. It's unacceptable to spend money on a service and get no response when issues arise.
No Transparency: There is no clear information about response times or any indication of when my issue would be resolved. The lack of communication is frustrating, and it's been weeks without any follow-up.
Unresponsive Customer Service: I've tried every method of contact, and they just don’t reply. It seems impossible to get any kind of resolution. No acknowledgment of my concerns, no help with my situation—just silence.
I wouldn’t recommend LyteHosting to anyone looking for reliable hosting or customer service. At this point, it feels like they’ve taken my money and disappeared. If you’re considering using their services, think twice.

I currently have over eight domains hosted on their platform, and I am counting the days until they expire so I can move them elsewhere. Here are the key issues I’ve faced:
Customer Support: They are extremely slow to respond to inquiries, leaving customers stranded for days or weeks without resolutions.
Funds Management: They have been holding my funds hostage for weeks now, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall Service Quality: The platform’s performance and reliability have deteriorated drastically, making it a source of constant frustration.
If you value your mental health and business operations, I strongly advise avoiding this company.
I will provide updates to this review as the situation evolves. For now, I urge others to be cautious and seek alternative hosting providers.

Their customers support is bad, they will not handle you problem on time, change policy at will without informing the users, they don't keep to their words, I requested for refund from them because the service was not what dey said dey offer, up till now I haven't gotten the refund ticket as not been updated going 2 weeks now, I won't advise anyone to use their services
