Good Customer Service
After sending an enquiry email , got a response in less than 30 minutes. Annie talked me through the process and transferred me to Sophie who completed my registration. They are so lovely. It was a smooth experience. Can't wait to get started with my NVQ 6 journey!

It's a wonderful journey. The enrolling process from Jason was an awesome service. Sandeep was also tremendous (always calling or sending emails to checkup on me about the assessment journey). My Assessor was Andreea and she did a great onboarding and orientation for me. How to use the portal and what's expected of me. It's a smooth journey for me. Great and timely feedback from her with great communication skills. It's a 5 Star experience for me. I finally have my Certificate and on to the next. Highly recommended!
