I was searching for a good CRM and found a fantastic CRM that works for me and my business
I was looking for a CRM and looked at several of them. From boilerplate solutions to Salesforce and everything in between
Looked at Salesforce and while it can do anything, that is because you have to hire a dev to build it and maintain it. Bloatware is an understatement. Because of that I think it is crazy overrated.
Pipedrive looks good but for whatever the reason it was not for me.
I looked at a lot of lower priced CRMs and almost pulled the trigger on a few but couldn't get quite what I wanted to from the ones that almost made the cut.
I then came across Macanta. It is legit no code, but since it is infinitely customizable it does take some work to build out the CRM you want (the company does offer a build for you service at a great price but for whatever reason I wanted to learn it myself). But in the end you get the CRM you want that works exactly for your business.
Macanta also has a great automation suite and then a word class API so you can really get efficient with your workflows.
