I received my watch damaged. I sent pictures of it. They got back to me very quickly. Said they would send me another one. This was almost a month ago. Wish I could add photos.

Very pretty watch with beautiful craftsmanship and reliable mechanism, really enthusiastic about this model to the point that I'm considering getting the orange version. Also note a quality rubber bracelet. I highly recommend this item. A quality shipment in a cardboard box with all the brand packaging.
