Arrogant, non client focussed
Incorrect/misleading discription on internet site should have received solar panels with and then was told it is only battery and inverter. If i dont like it they cancel the order.

Thank you for your review, as explained the title, picture, price and "what is included in the combo" all states Battery and inverter is included. We apologize for the inconvenience caused my the error. We offered a full refund or panels at cost which you rejected. You are a regular client of ours but it's unfortunate that this is the only time you would post a rating on the service received.
Great service
Although I was not satisfied with the product (due to my misunderstanding of the product advertised), the service was quick and I was promptly assisted in scheduling a return for the item. Keith is on top of it. Will wait for my refund

Great product at the best price that I could find. Product was shipped on the same day as ordered. Unfortunately, your courier failed you as it took almost 2 weeks for order to be delivered as it was shipped back to JHB. This was after I was following up on a daily basis with them.
