I recently ordered a dress from Madame Bridal for my sons wedding. It is beautiful, but there were some beads missing in one section. They contacted the manufacturer and I was sent a replacement. Madame Bridal was very helpful about sizing, and about fixing the issue I had. Very prompt responses! I would highly recommend them!!

I needed a dress for my wedding at the very last minute and I checked everywhere for a dress. Then we came to MADAME BRIDAL at the Boynton mall. the gentleman that was serving us did a Marvelous job, even though we didn’t have appointment, he served us with kindness. The price was awesome 👏. I have nothing negative to say about he’s business. So I do highly recommend to give MADAME BRIDAL a visit for whatever events you having, they have many different varieties of dress, great colors awesome service. Plus the gentleman does not try to hustle you just so he could make the sale. He’ll served you with what you need at a great price. THANKS MADAME BRIDAL.

I’m very upset , made an order paid and everything after I was informed the size and color in stock . After 5 days I got a text saying sorry we had to cancel the order item is sold out . And that was so frustrating. The person who chats or answer the phone should be more accurate. So disappointed

I’ve been trying to make an exchange since Saturday. The chat is very frustrating and gave incorrect advice (wrong email address). On Monday, I spoke to someone on the phone and was advised to send info to another email address and have not heard back yet.

I would give zero if I could. Ordered a dress - wrong dress shipped from manufacturer. Things happen ! Madame bridal took zero responsibility. Just saying it’s “their fault.” Dress now sold out locally. Sent back incorrect dress Still awaiting refund. No response to email. Now they are saying beads missing from the dress. We never took dress off the hanger!! Scammers! Stay away from here!!!!

Return policy is absolutely a scam. Three days upon receipt so good luck if you’re away a couple days.

They didn’t have the item that was listed as available and their customer service was rude in response to canceling the order

Ordered dress and order was cancelled. No communication at all. Received an email asking how the service and when I said I don’t know my item was cancelled no response. So I have no idea how the products are.

The dress was beautiful, it came exactly as the pictures looked ,and has a good weights to it, the only thing I would say is that glitter gets everywhere but that’s ok because the dress is perfect

The whole experience was wonderful! I had a narrow timeline and a lot of concerns/questions that were addressed quickly and honestly. Dress shipped and arrived when they projected and exactly what I ordered. Would definitely do business with them again and refer friends.

AMAZING! Minutes after ordering my dresses the owner called me to inform me one of the dresses was out in my size and consulted me to see if the size smaller could fit, after discussing the fit of the dress per his consulting I went with the smaller size and it fit! The dresses were delivered fast and in the time frame I placed it to be delivered! Will definitely be shopping here for future dresses!

I was in search for a dress that I found online and it wasn’t available anywhere, or I didn’t recieve any resposes about the avaliability.
Then I found Madame Bridal site and recieved immediate response that the dress is avaliable.

I was very concerned as I was ordering from Slovenia and wasn’t sure if the dress would be delivered before my Prom. They said that the expected delivery was at the end of March which was very close to my wear date but I have recieved it two days ago (at the end of February). I was very nervous in the ordering process so I directly contacted Simon on their site with my order number. He was very kind and helpful with all my questions and also very professional and reassuring that the dress will be delivered on time.

My order was also marked as “Special order” which was quite stressful for me because I have read that the delivery in that case might be longer, but it was delivered to me in one month.

The dress is in perfect condition and it fits me perfectly, so their measurments are accurate. I would 100% recommend ordering from them as their custom service is amaizing too which is the most important thing for me perosnally.

I ordered a dress through my local bridal shop in PA. After six months, the dress arrived for a second time as the wrong dress - color and beading.

My daughter reached out to Madame Bridal to see if they could help secure the dress in the color I wanted in time for my son's wedding. They contacted the designer with me on the phone. While shipping prevented delivery within the time frame I needed, they quickly began offering other solutions.

They helped me find a dress with a fit that was flattering and sent it to me without delay.

I would trust them again to order without ever seeing. Their customer service is just that good!

I ordered my Prom dress online from Madame Bridal. At first I was unsure about the sizing with the return policy, but the customer service was absolutely stellar and the dress came in and fit perfectly. They had quick responses and were extremely helpful, and the dress delivered soon after purchasing. I am so grateful that I ordered my dress from here, it is absolutely sparkly and stunning, I cannot wait to wear it to my senior Prom!

I had a wonderful experience with my online purchase from Madame Bridal! I live in DC. I tried on dresses locally, so I already knew what size I needed. My local bridal shops were telling me it would take any where from 8 - 12 weeks to receive a Jessica Angel dress I was interested in purchasing. I searched online for the dress and Madame Bridal's website stated that the dress was in stock. I also had a pleasant phone conversation with a gentleman at Madame Bridal, who confirmed the dress would be delivered in 10 business days. I actually received the dress sooner (order date was Saturday, January 25th and the date received was Wednesday, February 5th). Upon delivery, I did have to sign for my package, which is a plus!
I forgot to mention that I also contacted the designer, Jessica Angel in California, to confirm that Madame Bridal was an authorized retailer. Not only did Jessica Angel say that Madame Bridal is an authorized retailer, but they also stated that Madame Bridal is a great shop to purchase from. I would buy from this shop again!
