I needed 3 additional glass panels for a balustrade project and thought I'd use Made2Measure as the competitor that had produced the other 9 panels had a longer lead time. I expected the glass to be of good quality and being plain and simple 10mm clear toughened glass this is not an unrealistic expectation. Unfortunately however, Made2Measure glass is of significantly poorer quality with a huge amount of roller wave (their term, not mine), that can be seen at any moderate angle. I have another companies glass panel next to the Made2Measure panel in a straight line, so have a direct comparison of the wave/distortion visible on both brands of panels. The competitors panel is very clear with little to no distortion, whereas the Made2Measure panel has terrible distortion. I reached out to Made2Measure and sent pictures and videos, but they confirmed that the panel would pass their quality checks like that, so their quality standard is clearly set very low, and their glass is certainly sub par. Personally I would advise any prospective customer who is purchasing glass panels to go elsewhere.

I have ordered from made2measure twice quality of mirrors are amazing but the stand out for me is the customer service. Honestly I can't remember the last time I received such amazing customer service from Richard and Natasha.

I am absolutely delighted with this company. From the minute I ordered - communication was excellent - the glass was delivered in a timely manner by a really helpful courier - it came on time at the stated time - the glass is excellent quality and my builder said that the cost was reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed some glass shelves for a renovation project. Had to be hardened and I didn’t want any markings on the shelves. Made2Measure had the specification of glass I wanted and they made up the custom sizes considerably cheaper than any other supplier I had quotes from. Great quality and fast delivery.

The mirror was amazing, well made and delivered on time, my only gripe is the lack of packaging to keep it safe but was delivered in person and carefully placed on delivered

Brilliant online service. Get your measurements accurate and they will make what ever you order to the exact measurements, always remember to look at their instructions about measurements and allowances. Delivery was great and the person that delivered was so friendly and helpful. If I need glass or mirrors, this is the company I will use.

Choice of cut mirror shapes and sizes, exactly what I wanted. Really helpful on the phone when I ordered the wrong shape! Mirror arrived fairly quickly given the bank holiday and looks perfect in my bathroom.
