I got the galaxy rose in the glass dome for my wife’s birthday. The lights are a really nice touch and it looks high-quality. My only heads-up is to order well in advance; it took a bit longer to get to me than I expected, but the customer support team did reply to my email when I asked for a status update. She’s happy with it, so I’m happy.

I ordered the red rose bear for my anniversary and it’s honestly so much cuter in person. I was a little worried about the shipping time after reading some other posts, but mine arrived in about 10 days, which was fine for me. The packaging was secure and the rose bear looks great on my nightstand. My boyfriend loved it! Definitely a unique gift if you're tired of flowers that die in a week.

The earrings I received are pretty and nicely made. However the clasp felt a little bit tight at first and I had to carefully adjust it myself. Other than that the quality is solid and they haven't tarnished after a couple of weeks of wear not a perfect experience but definitely not bad either.

I ordered a bracelet as a birthday gift. The product itself is gorgeous, elegant and looks way more expensive than it was. My only small complaint is that shipping took a few days longer than expected but wasn't a huge issue the recipient loved it. So in the end I'm very happy with the purchase. Would order again.

I rarely leave reviews,but Madeofrose genuinely surprised me.the quality of the pieces is even better in person than in the photos.the packaging felt premium,the delivery was on time and the necklace I ordered had a really nice weight to it. Not the cheap, hollow feeling you get from many online shops.customer support replied within a couple of hours when I had a question about length.overall a very pleasant experience and I'm already browsing for my next purchase.

Gift never arrived no answet from costumer center nothing you are just a joke guys and scammers will find you by your ip addresses and close that market thst no one else will be scamed

Website says they are based in the US although products direct ship from China without them ever touching it. Taking 3 weeks to arrive You can buy the same exact product on Amazon for 1/4 of the price, do your research before ordering from here.

Item did not arrive in a “luxury gift box”. Item looked much nicer online. I contacted support SIX TIMES and they just ignore me.

I feel robbed. This site/store is horrible and my product (plastic) had to be assembled. I ordered it while it said I would get before Valentine’s Day. It came a month later. I hope this site gets shit down. It’s a SCAM

I have never ordered something that takes almost two weeks to ship. I am now approaching my 3rd week and have yet to receive my order. What I ordered looked great in the photo. This company has some serious work to do to satisfy me as a customer. Will I buy from them again? No!

Product took way too long to arrive, once it arrived it looks so cheap. Looks nothing like advertised.

I am writing this message out of complete frustration, disappointment, and honestly, anger after what has been one of the most unprofessional and stressful experiences I’ve ever had with a company.

I placed an order on your website and was immediately charged. The money was taken from my account — no delay, no issue there. But then, to my disbelief, I received a message claiming that the payment didn’t go through. How can a company take someone’s money and then pretend the transaction didn’t happen? I checked with my bank, and the funds were definitely withdrawn by your company. Yet, I received no confirmation email, no tracking number, no follow-up — absolutely nothing. I was left completely in the dark.

Trying to get answers from your customer service team was a nightmare in itself. I reached out multiple times and was either ignored completely or met with generic, copy-and-paste replies that did nothing to resolve the issue. No one took accountability. No one provided real answers. It felt like I was speaking to bots or people who simply didn’t care. Every response was cold, unhelpful, and dismissive — if I even got a response at all.

I’ve never felt so helpless and unheard when dealing with a company. You took my money, failed to deliver the product, and then brushed me off like it was my fault. There was no urgency, no apology, no compensation, no effort to make things right. This wasn’t just a simple order error — it was a complete failure of responsibility, transparency, and basic customer care.

The worst part? The emotional toll this experience took. I ordered from your site with trust — believing your brand stood for something special, something honest. Instead, I was left feeling scammed, ignored, and disrespected. No one should have to fight this hard just to get clarity or fairness after being charged for something that was never delivered.

To anyone considering ordering from Made of Rose: don’t. This company does not value its customers. It does not communicate, it does not take accountability, and it does not deliver. I regret ever placing that order and I will never shop here again — nor will I stay silent about how horribly I was treated.

You have not only lost a customer but also created a vocal critic. I will be sharing this experience across all platforms so others can be warned.

On ordering a Luxury rose bear, different delivery and billing address was clearly stipulated. Email confirmation of payment from them listed both as same. Replying immediately x2 I reinforced the correct delivery address to no avail.Their only AI,computer generated response was my order would be late due to tariffs. They’re asking for tips. Really? Order more than 10 days late. Delivered to wrong address.Avoid this site like the plague or you may very well be sorry.

I wish you could really give negative stars. Just like one of the previous comments, this place is definitely a function scam company. My order was nothing like what’s pictured on their website and now I’m going through hell and high water with them and PayPal for a refund for the item. And I actually RETURNED it and still can’t get almost $70 back for a bear the size of a baby pillow.

If I could give zero stars I would. I hope and pray they go bankrupt. They're a fully functioning scam. You will not receive your item and if you reach out to them they agree to a refund but never actually process it.

This was the worse experience with this company. I truly wish I read the reviews. It took me some time to want to write a review on this. First, I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. They didn’t process the order till after Valentine’s Day and blamed it on the tariffs. But, you can see when the item is in the postal possession. Second, I get it almost three weeks after and during this time I get an email that they not refunding my money cause it was mailed out. The flowers are delivered, they look like dollar store plastic flowers with kindergarten sparkles. Then you have to assemble the peddles to the stems & put the tissue paper around it. A few days later the bear come and once my lady opened it a big roach came out. I have the pictures so they can’t deny it. And the bear was in plastic! We threw it all out! Good luck trying to get a refund!! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
