Wish I read reviews. They charge under the name rockstache and dazzledressup and I'm sure a million more. They did the original charge last month, they came from China, they are not a US based company. I threw them out right away, I don't know what they are made out of. Today I see charge for the dazzle one for a few $$ more than the Bras and now it's a recurring charge. I had to dispute and close down my card (which is a huge inconvenienced especially on a holiday weekend). By doing this, they can say they didn't charge me and not have to refund anything. Than you have to contact a company that doesn't actually exist. You can tell they are frauds because the bank can only give you a state they are apparently in not any other info.

If i could give this 0 stars, I would. Not at all as advertised in any shape or form. Flimsy, too small,(even though I used their sizing chart) and not returnable!!

Should be a zero stars. Bras aren’t has advertised. But would only give a 50% refund. Scammers thats for sure. Wish I had googled before purchasing.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I was charged more than double what I was expecting and the quality of the product is absolutely atrocious. Customer service is ridiculous and don't want to help with the thing. I honestly didn't think I would have this issue or I would not have placed an order with someone is specifically says on their website that they do not do refunds. That's how they are scamming people because they're quality of product is crap and they don't want to have to give that money back. Worst ever.

I wish there were an option to give less than one star!!
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I received a notification stating that my delivery had been completed, but nothing was delivered. The driver did not even attempt to call me to confirm the location, nor did they provide a photo as proof of delivery.

When I contacted customer service, I was simply told that it was not their problem. Completely unacceptable. I paid for a product that I never received, and the company has taken no responsibility whatsoever.

I hope no one else has to go through this experience. The service was unacceptable, the support team was unhelpful, and I found their explanations to be dishonest and misleading.

The bras received were way different than the ones advertised. The quality is very cheap. The size is way off although I followed their chart.
Also, the shipping fee was displayed as $4.73. After I entered the payment info and completed the transaction, I received an email confirmation with the shipping cost of $14.73. Customer service refused to refund me.
DO NOT BUY.

To bad I had to even give them a star at all! I am sooooo disappointed with this company! I've reached out several times to get a refund but all I get are crickets...silence. I even sent them a picture of their size L and a normal size L. Their size L is a training bra!! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't buy from them! I can guarantee you will NOT BE HAPPY!

Scam please do not put your information into this site. They started having multiple card charge on my account. The second charge my bank flagged and stop the payment. They had a phone number that showed on my bank statement I called just to see who would answer. I could tell I wasn't legit, when I called they picked up and said "Hello" lmao 😂 well I told them I was charged and she said ' 5 to 10 business days for refund". Believe it or not I actually got that money back and I cancelled the card. This is not a legit company the bras were complete trash I could of made this by hand. Never again.

Scammers, sent substandard goods. Had to stop card used as had goods bought that was not me.

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered. Experienced the same double charging shipping (did get a refund on one). Received the bras today and what a joke, not like advertised, they don’t even cover me. Do not buy from them!!

I ORDERED A 4XL AND RECEIVED A TRAINING BRA!!! GARBAGE COMPANY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. MY MISTAKE IS I DIDNT READ THE REVIEWS! BEWARE!!!

SCAM. If you want to buy clothing don't bother. It's not going to fit. And they will sneakily sign you up for a subscription fee at checkout without clearly stating so by pre-checking boxes on your behalf. Then they will try to take that subscription charge. Under a different site than the one you made a purchase with.

Luckily for me, I had no money on that card as it is designated for online purchases for this exact reason. So the charge got declined. Cool, I cancelled my card and had a new one issued. And yet somehow, they tried charging the new card 5 additional times, all under different names. RUBYFEM, SUGARANDSTARS, and GENEROUSGEM.

I've already reported to my bank, who is actively declining their charges thank God. But I have sent probably over 30 emails in the last week trying to get a hold of them to no prevail. They responded once to my first email to tell me that I was tricked into subscribing to a service that doesn't even financially make sense to enroll in l, and these are the charges when I made the purchase. They also said I can cancel the subscription myself through the account, which I DO NOT HAVE. So when I asked for directions to cancel, they stopped responding. I asked for them to cancel since I have provided written consent, again no response. And yet they still try to charge my card multiple times a day, for a total of 6 times in the last almost week.

Do not bother with their garbage product and the worst customer service I have EVER seen. These reviews must be fake as hell, idk how they have anything above a 1 star rating honestly.

Edit: was charged again from yet another alias, MENSROGUE. Starting to really piss me off.

I don’t think magicswear.com should get even a single star rating. Absolutely rotten to the core.
The hidden shipping charges - Over double the initial fee. After my CC was charged and additional shipping fee was added and charged. After sending an email querying this charge, I was told no refund could be had as the purchase had already been made. My return emails have since been ignored.
My CC info was compromised and used to make online purchases. I have since reported and cancelled my CC.
Wrong items sent - Product arrived, however were not the correct style. No response to my refund requests.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! FRAUDSTERS!!

SCAM!!!! I've been waiting for a refund for over a month for product I never received. Also had FRAUD on my credit card within days of dealing with this company.

This is scame Brand please no one purchase from this Brad they do advertising something else and the product is something else. Not 1% trusting brand. They are scammers for taking money. Show of 9.99$ they cut 42.47$ per piece. Never ever trust this Band. 1 star is needed for rivew other i give them 0

SCAM SCAM SCAM. The bras I received are ATROUCIOUS and look NOTHING like advertised. FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT BUY.

I've read many of the reviews here, and unfortunately my experience was similar.

After being overcharged for shipping, Magicswear agreed to refund the shipping charge. However, I never received that refund.

A short time later, I received notifications from my bank regarding two separate unauthorized attempted charges on my card from two different clothing-related merchants. Both charges were for $39.97. My bank immediately declined the transactions and notified me.

After the second attempted charge occurred within a week, my bank closed my card and issued a replacement. The matter is now being handled by my bank's fraud department.

The representative I spoke with informed me that the merchant had already been flagged by the bank, which is why the attempted transactions were not approved.

I'm grateful that my bank provides instant notifications, and I strongly recommend setting up alerts on all bank accounts and credit cards.

I'm sorry to see that others have reported similar experiences. Public review forums like this help consumers make informed decisions and share their experiences with others.

As always, monitor your accounts carefully and contact your financial institution if you notice any suspicious activity.

I sadly got scammed like all the other people leaving reviews! Zero star review!

I saw a Facebook ad on June 1/26 for nice looking, good priced bras. I started an order and was hoping to get to the confirmation page to see a total with shipping before confirming the order. Somehow my order was put through without clicking “place order” or “confirm order”. Wtf!

I immediately checked my credit card and saw that it was USD which made my $55USD purchase $77CDN. I immediately contacted them to cancel and they replied indicating order was cancelled. 5 days later, still no refund showing on my credit card so I emailed them again. They said the refund process had began but it takes time. Now I’m at an additional week later (10 business days) and still no refund but there’s now also an unknown charge on my credit card! So they’ve now stolen/sold my credit card info and there’s another scammer company making purchases!

I’ll be contacting my bank today to cancel my card and hopefully they’ll work with me to refund the fraudulent charges. I’m kicking myself for this one, I should know better!!! Ugh….

Scammers! Charged extra for shipping after completing the purchase. Tried to get a refund and of course they won’t email me back.

Negative stars. Bra is no where near the correct size or what is shown in the pic. The left and right side are not even the same size. During checkout where you can normally review your order then pay, it automatically approves the order so if you wanted to change your mind, oh well. And no refunds.
