Order two magic wipe clothes, after ordering it realised it was a subscription every 4 months, I tried to cancel my order or subscription to no avail, the system wont let me do this, tried to contact customer services but can't get hold of them then tried to contact support again no response.

Magic Wipe is a amazing cleaning cloth I just have wipe the water off the glass after we shower and it stops the build up if soap and lime scale I would recommend your product to family and friends.👍👍👍

The Magic wipe cloths do exactly what they say they do. You will never need any other types of cloth again if you purchase one of these. I use it mainly in my bathroom and on mirrors throughout the house. The shine is incredible and no streaks!!! I have recently purchased a further two cloths to give to family members to prove just how good they are. A truly worthwhile purchase 😊❤️

Won’t refund when product is not delivered after 7 weeks
NEGATIVE +Still very disappointing that they only send you a message when you leave them a negative review. No answer to as where my order is and have requested a refund and they keep advising product is on its way but won’t provide tracking number. Terrible customer service. Will not give you a refund!!! Am at a loss with this company say goodbye to your money for an order placed 7 weeks ago.

Excellent company
Customer service is great. I’m always a bit sceptical about claims that a product is so wonderful but thought I would get one of these to clean my shower door etc after having streaks etc for years! All I can say is that this Magic wipe is just that….. Magic! I’m so impressed I have now bought one with a slightly different ‘pile’ to do my windows. Worth every penny!

Don't like to leave negative reviews…
Don't like to leave negative reviews but this product deserves one. Ok for wiping shower but gets saturated very quickly. Looks and feels cheap quality, not at all like the adverts. $44, could've bought on Ali Express for $7. Took several weeks to arrive in NZ from China.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Really disappointed!! Having ordered the Magic Wipe earlier in the year and it being fantastic at keeping the chrome in my new bathrooms shiny I ordered 4 more of the same. When my order was finally delivered weeks after ordering I was extremely disappointed at the quality. The wipes are so thin they are see through in parts, it’s like the second layer hasn’t been seen in. They aren’t absorbent at all, the previous ones would wipe down the chrome and screens on a large double shower without any problems, there’s can’t do half of one screen let alone the rest. I have complained and left a negative review on their website and have received no response. Don’t waste your money, cheap microfibre cloths are much better than the new version, very disappointed

Terrible customer service. Order received but it was incomplete which made it unusable. Have emailed THREE times and have had NO response. Can’t find a telephone number - has anyone else found one?

Return process poor experience
Received an order after receiving numerous adverts. When you want to return for example 2 magic wipe cloths they tell me it will be £14.99!!. One way to put you off returning. Since querying this funny no response.

Game changer.
I would like to say that I am finding these wipes amazing and do exactly as they say. My shower is sparkling, the old shower door wasn’t great since moving in but the MagicWipe has been a game changer. I bought 4 have one in the kitchen one in the bathroom, gave one to my daughter and have one rotating for washing. I am now waiting for the glove version. Delivery has always been great. I don’t understand the bad reviews. They must be just unlucky. Definitely recommend. I am a lazy cleaner so these wipes have been fantastic.
My lovely sparkling taps make my day.

I have not received my order after 5 weeks
I have not received my order after 5 weeks. After I placed my order, i noticed that Magic Wipe did not have my full address details and I tried to inform them of this but they did not reply to my email. I then tried to inform the delivery company about the issue but they too ignored my two emails. My order has now been sent back to Magic Wipe, I have sent Magic Wipe an email to request a refund but again have had no reply or acknowledgement that they have received my request. Really disappointed with the non existent customer service.
