Very disappointing experience. I completed my online assessment 6 days ago, and it is still waiting to be reviewed. I have received no updates or communication about the status of my request.
I have also sent an email and received no response. I called the pharmacy to ask for an update, but they were unable to help as they are not the prescribing team, leaving me with no clear way to find out what is happening.
Better communication and more timely reviews are needed, especially when people are waiting for important medication.
