Just getting started with Mails.AI. Impressed with what I've seen and experienced so far. Just had a support call with Jeff and he was very helpful and clear. Great stuff Mails.AI and team!

Update:
Some issues with slow support, but hoping things can work out. The campaign is about to go live and I'll update this based on the experience (i.e. does it work properly).

Our agency needed a better way to connect with new prospects. We've seen much higher open rates and more engagement since we started using Mails. It's pretty user friendly, minor bugs, but does the job.

Mail.ai is defnitely something different and unqiue in the cold email space. They have great features, but the downsides prevent me from using it as a standalone solution. I only use it for warming.

Pros: Campaign warming, helps deliverability very well in my testing.

Cons:
- Tiny warmup pool. I am personally adding more users than the entire platform has available. I added 500 users and they are mostly warming amongst themselves.
- Extremely slow service. I usually expect 24-72 hours for a response, from the same person too.
- Youthful platform. This platform is young and needs a lot done. And has plenty of bugs. (like inability to bulk add accounts, and a glitch that causes campaign warmup to send too many emails when more than 1 campaign is warming up)
- Inability to create different subject lines for different steps in a campaign

Why I keep using this: This platform has a lot of potential with the campaign warmup.

A must have for every marketing agency. I wanted a tool that can send unlimited emails with unlimited sender rotating to my campaigns. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Mails AI is a great tool for email outreach. Best pricing that I have come across. Also, you'll free up your time with the automated follow ups.

If you decide to jump in, consider the PRO plan, as it has unlimited everything, which is really crazy good considering what others charge. Seeing updates happening quite often too. Surprised I haven't found it sooner!
