We might be small, but we are represented in a huge way when we linked up with Mainstreethost.com.
Changes and tweaks are normally within hours of suggesting them, and we receive valuable feedback on how to utilize everything from AI to posting videos on YouTube.
We credit much of our success to staying current and in front of the right sets of eyes out there searching on the internet! It is the new yellow pages, road maps, and newspaper ads all wrapped up into one easy to navigate platform!

This company has been absolutely horrible at delivering what they say they're going to. Their sales team promises the world but then do not deliver. Last year we didn't want to renew due to this, but Cheryl promised me she would make sure we were taken care of. They promised quarterly reports, we received one less than a month before we were due for renewal. Since a few weeks before we were due for renewal, Cheryl has called or emailed me 4-5x a day. She calls from her number, then from a blocked number, then she will create a fake number. It's creepy and disturbing. Multiple times she was told we would reach out when we were ready and she continues to harass not only my email and phone, but also our office. I would not recommend them. I'm not saying the SEO work itself is bad, but all they care about is SALES!

Rawey Kansad did a wonderful job on designing our website! Went above and beyond expectations very professional, and courteous, easy to work with. Would highly recommend using them for your wed designer!

Mainstreethost built a really fine wordpress site for my one-person musician business. I've been with them for nearly 10 years. They host and market my site, keeping it on top of page one consistently. It can be challenging to find a company that will serve small businesses. Mainstreethost is that company. I never worry about a thing. A special shout out to account coordinator Austin Ford who manages my site. He updates me regularly and is always responsive and available to talk. Also kudos to Perry Davis who makes sure my account is always current and service never interrupted. Mainstreethost is the only company would ever trust to manage my web presence. Main Street Host talked a good game and we spent a lot of money (for us!) to hire them. They completely changed our text on our website and even changed some of the functions (which we cannot seem to get back). Nothing was effective. In our quarterly meetings, they suggested we add a blog--we did. They made other suggestions--we did those. Bottom line is NOTHING happened and they have just faded off the radar with us

When we decided to cancel membership, they used scare tactics and fake facts to scare us into staying. Cheryl was very rude and honestly didn't know what she was talking about. She said a lot of things that just weren't true to scare us into staying. She also said we ranked #1 in a lot of keywords but didn't rank #1 on anything...

They didn't use relevant keywords to help our business. A lot of the changes they wanted to make were full of incorrect information. We also asked them to focus on getting more traffic to one product category for us, and the webpage was never even made... just stayed in construction.

If you can take a day or two to learn SEO for yourself, do it. Or hire an in house SEO person. It will be more beneficial for your company. These agencies can't put the time and effort in your website to learn the correct information or make the changes that need to be done. And usually focus too much on local SEO.
