Easy web site, quick delivery no problems at all so didn't have to contact them. Would recommend especially as they had the item I was looking for as a gift and most places didn't.

In readiness for the festive season I have ordered a few packages of Maileg and Moulin Roty plush toys. Maison white knows how to do customer service to a high level. The Maileg items are beautifully wrapped up in gorgeous paper or gift bags. All items have arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Quick delivery & it was well packaged but unfortunately the tip of Stanley the penguins wing had broken 😕 I've managed to glue it back 😊. I guess the design & pointed tips don't travel well.
