This company is a fraud they scammed me and my family so please anyone that's thinking to book please don't book any packages with them. First I would like to share my experience they cancelled my ticket without telling me and took my £3,000 last two days they agreed to refund my money but it's not true because my bank blocked their account and they are trying to scam me again by telling me to tell my back to unlock their account so if anyone is getting scammed by them contact your bank they will help you get you money back.

Deceit and lies, this company has many sister companies. Rule of thumb don’t book unless you’ve seen the company for one eyes. Do not book online. Only legit platform is NUSUK platform only or booking first hand yourself. I repeat do not book via this company. They have a new company called Waytomakkah, do not be fooled or approach them.

Only needed hotels from this company. Paid deposit and then the rest. A total if £1856.
Before they got the company they were efficient at replying. However, after making final payment, they lose interest in replying. Often making promises and not keeping them.
I'm trying to get hold of them but no response to my emails, wattsapp messages and calls. All their phones have stopped working. Not sure if they've packed their bags with this company....probably a good thing as they won't be scamming others.
I have already contacted my bank and no doubt will be taking this company to court if they are still active.

Not only did they make my pilgrimage stressful but they owe me money for not booking hotels as well as not providing the promised ziyaraats, dates and zamzam water.
I have messaged them countless times and not heard anything back.
Whilst going abroad they messed up hotels in both turkey, Makkah and madinah.
Initially for turkey, the NIGHT I was flying out they decided to tell me the hotel l requested is unavailable and they changed it without my approval.
Secondly, I asked for madinahs hotel to be changed as the location was far BUT THEY WASTED TIME changing my Makkah hotel instead which I DID NOT request, they could have spent that time finding a new madinah hotel for me and my family.
I ended up paying for the madinah hotel myself and finding it myself, bearing in mind they reassured me countless times they'd find one. Not to mention I was left stranded at the Saudi airport with no transport WHEN I HAD PAID FOR TRANSPORTION.
I travelled in August 2025, initially when I put this review up in November they had contacted me because of the impact my review was having on their business. They promised to recompensate me but after sending me a little sum of £100 when they owe me up to £3000, I have not heard back. They give constant excuses of having no funds to pay me back.
For a company that was always free when I was paying them it's quite suspicious how they are avoiding my calls and texts.
I am extremely displeased with this service as I had been conversing with them for an entire year prior to avoid problems during my visits.
I was in contact with Abdul Rahman who had been giving an appalling service. In the last couple months they said they fired him and have been handling the business (these were the words of Tahseen) but little has been done.
I am considering taking legal action and Allah will surely deal with them.
I can’t believe people are doing this as Muslims, this is absolutely despicable.
It seems as though they have changed their details on this website when they were initially known as Makkah Madinah limited so please be careful my dear brothers and sisters don’t be fooled and use your money with trusted companies that have proof of ATOL and are verified.

SCAMMERS WITH NEW DOMAIN NAME

Listen I’ve been reading constantly all the reviews after we got scammed by this shameless lying cheating company (Allah will deal with them severely) but yeah I urge all of you to start chargeback with your card company even if you used debit card because that’s what we did and got all of our money back thankfully. The banks did give us a slight warning to use credit card next time but yeah we paid with 2 banking companies both debit and we started a charge back upon the reason of scam. We provided evidence such as screenshots of these reviews (when we did the chargeback there was a couple of bad reviews like mine lining up to our story- now I can see so many so you don’t have to worry about evidence) I can see they’ve changed their company name- let me tell you NOT ON MY WATCH. Report these lot to actionfraud (the company goes by reportfraud now but its action fraud still) and get their business to shut down. They’re all liars, reviews that are good on here and anywhere else such as Facebook are fake done by the agents. I’ve reported the “good” reviews on here you can easily tell are fake and have the same rhythm to their reviews. Trust me you can get your money back, even go to the bank as well and open a chargeback from the counters etc they’ll give you a fraud line to call if anything. Keep persistent and get your money back. They don’t deserve a penny- lying SCAMMERS! A company I recommend truly and honestly after I was scammed by these horrid individuals was Haram Travels. The agent USMAN at haram travels was amazing and refreshing compared to these lot. Research 100 times before hastily booking guys. Don’t trust these lot with anything.

We got scammed by this company and left stranded with no explination to why our umrah package was cancelled, we werent even told we had ro find out the package was cancelled

This was meant to be a once in a lifetime trip for me and my family, I saved up for 6 years just to be able to go on this trip and I was ripped off. I paid for something I did not receive this person should be ashamed of himself

It is a scam. Please do not book here. Tahseen and Abdulrahman have to answer to God. They will pressure you for weeks to book. As soon as you send them money, they stop responding to you. They left us stranded in Saudi. They cancelled all the hotels that they booked for us moments before we reached each place.

Scam never try.

I was initially nervous about going for Umrah alone, but Makkah Madinah Limited made me feel completely safe and supported. Tahseen stayed in contact throughout the journey and made sure every detail was arranged perfectly. The hotel was secure, staff were helpful, and the entire experience felt very organised. I’m grateful for how smooth and stress-free my trip was. I would definitely travel with them again.”

Scammers! They falsely claimed that our hotel was already booked, but when we contacted the hotel to confirm, they had no reservation under our name. We repeatedly tried to reach them, but our calls were ignored. When we finally managed to speak to them again, they insisted the hotel had always been booked.

Before arriving in Makkah, we called the hotel once more, and at that time our booking appeared to be confirmed. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us that the reservation had just been cancelled shortly before we arrived to the hotel. We were left without accommodation and had to urgently find a last-minute hotel on our own.

They refused to reimburse us for the cancelled reservation and stopped responding to us completely. This experience caused significant stress and financial loss, and we believe their behaviour is dishonest and unacceptable.

I booked a package, paid them £5613, received no package after 4 weeks, I ask for my money back, and I'm waiting for a refund. They don't answer my calls, they don't reply to messages or emails. I had to report them to my bank to get most of my money back, still waiting for the deposit refund. Disgusting!!!

I want to report a scam to warn others about a travel agency that defrauded my brother, his wife, and my friends. We booked a comprehensive travel package to Medina through this company, only to discover upon our arrival that everything was a lie. Our flights were supposedly booked, but upon arrival, we found that all our accommodations and tours had been canceled.

We were left in a difficult situation, and it became clear that we had been scammed. I urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. They are completely untrustworthy and have caused significant distress for us. Please be cautious and do not book with them.
