Unfortunately ordered the incorrect…
Unfortunately ordered the incorrect trainers, I returned them to Mallet via DPD, Mallet very quickly verified the return and issued me a credit the following day.
I have two pairs of Mallet trainers, although they are a little more expensive than run of the mill trainers, they are very comfortable and hard wearing, customer care is excellent.

Unfortunately, as the failed delivery was not rescheduled by you, the parcel has been relabelled and returned to us for a refund as we are not able to reship any returns. 2 Stars for their Return Policy
I gave 2 stars because of their return policy, not the product which was lovely.
To have to take photos of your return, wait for a review, before you can get the necessary paperwork, before you can return it is overkill and too much for busy people. You can’t even get a QR code, you have to print the label. Even high end designer stores aren’t doing all of this. It’s the only reason why I would never shop there again. The process is way too convoluted in an era of simplification and convenience.

Our returns portal is very customer friendly. You raise the return, select the correct option, add images, includes any notes (should you wish) and pay for the DPD label. Within the hour the return is accepted and the label is emailed to you. We allow an hour incase the customer wants to make any changes. Unfortunately at the moment, our returns labels must be printed but we are looking into QR codes for the future.
