The staff are dismissive, arrogant and the company is just useless. They ignore your calls for months, then set up and automated callback and hang up.

Again with regret I have write and highlight how disappointing the level of service, or very much lack of it.
Do I feel Malone & White representing absolutely not.
Why?
My last review, they called apologise, I requested that they will send me the disrepair report which they received from Riverside Housing, so I can read and either acknowledge or disrepute the findings, they also mentioned they are waiting on another report, to which I am not completely clear about, I not received any written information regarding my claim and where it actually stands.
Today like all other occasions, I am the person having to call them requesting information, sadly another responds giving completely different information from the information I received over two weeks ago.
I still have no idea what is actually happening with my case, I was promised a call back today, well that didn't happen.
Think twice using a solicitor, who haven't even been to your home, how can they represent you.

This company just tried scamming my nan, said they will help her at no costs at all…. Luckily she wasn’t able to sign the documents on her phone and asked them to send them all to me and written in these are all their hidden costs etc which they’d of scammed her out of because this was not explained to her at all…. And when I’ve googled the company all the reviews were no older than 10 mins ago. Clearly a scam trying to scam the elderly / vulnerable people.

My experience with Malone and white has been extremely disappointing and distressing.I came to them with a severe and urgent housing disrepair case involving my home being condemned,unsafe living conditions and serious risk to my health. Despite repeatedly providing evidence, updates and detailed information. I received almost no communication or meaningful support.I was left without clear steps, without transparency, and without any real action been taken on my behalf. Important messages went unanswered,progress was never explained,and at no point did I feel my case was been managed with care, urgency or professionalism. After weeks of deteriorating conditions and escalating safety risks, they closed my case without providing proper explanation or ensuring I had alternative legal support in place. This left me vulnerable, unprotected and without representation during a critical time. The lack of communication, accountability,and follow through has caused me significant emotional distress and homeless.I expected a firm handling serious housing and disreair case to act responsible, but this was not my experience. I do not feel that my situation was taken seriously,and I would not recommend this firm based on the level of service I received.

My caller had lots of patience with me which I appreciate. Taking time to explain how to send all my information as I am not computer literacy. The lady who called me was so calm and she put me at ease with the situation I am in.. thank you so much..
