Samir was just absolute A+ handling my case. His approach was no nonsense, honest but I got the impression straight away that he was very good at what he does. I was in a pretty bad state emotionally after experiencing an issue and subsequent threats of court from a rail provider and the outcome potentially was quite poor but Samir worked his magic and it was sorted very quickly especially considering it was over Xmas and all the Bank Holidays. Cannot say thank you enough honestly!

I left a message to their office at around 7am on a Friday about my case, way before office time and then, by 8:15am, we were already videochatting on the steps I need to take to solve my case. The solicitor was so prompt, explained all the details of the procedure, and gave me the reassurance that I really needed that time. He submitted everything that day and said it will take about 3weeks to hear from the office, but I was so surprised that by Monday, everything was already settled. That was lightning quick!
