I started taking NMN as I turned 40 and wanted to increase NAD+ levels after doing my research about them. I’ve experienced a considerable increase in energy levels and surprisingly feeling a lot more focused (hard when you have young kids and run a business !) . Seems like a brain fog has lifted. So Big wins when in your 40’s and things start to dip . Highly recommend!

Bought the Reishi tincture for sleep and works really well. Really good for winding down before bed and helped a lot with quieting down any internal chatter and racing mind. Recommend for anyone with insomnia.
