We have requested further information as we do not believe this to be about our company.
All of our orders are via Etsy and we don’t have anything outstanding (although everything is handmade so we do have a standard 2-3wk lead time that is clearly displayed at all times).

This is very unfair. We have received no email asking for an update and our lead times are 2-3wks because everything is handmade to order.

I bought the Munster classics virtual pinball machine and this has been my best purchase ever!! Received my machine with a week and I struggle to get a game in because the kids won’t stop playing it lol. Quality is great inside and out. Watching the kids faces when the shaker motor goes off is classic, they won’t stop laughing. The machine plays great game after game.
I couldn't be happier with the awesome level of customer service, amount of product knowledge and professionalism; from Joey He is an asset to this business. Nothing was too much trouble! Can’t recommend him highly enough!! It is worth the trip to A Man & His Cave

Brad is fantastic - brilliant good quality products and great communication! My wooden tags were made perfectly and looked fabulous, and the sign he designed far exceeded my expectations and looks amazing 🤩 I will definately be placing my future orders with him!
