I want to express my immense gratitude to Manchester Fertility for their outstanding support and care throughout our IVF journey. Before starting, I had faced numerous medical challenges including Ovarian cancer therefore, I searched for a clinic that made me feel safe and cared for as I was very nervous!

Right from the start, they were incredibly supportive, making the process of creating a treatment plan perfect for us and our circumstances. We used ICSI and I had higher dosages to try and use my own eggs which were limited. The entire team, from reception staff, doctors, nurses, and embryologists, delivered an exceptional service and really cared about us which I needed as I was very nervous. We were thrilled when the treatment was a success on the first attempt, resulting in the birth of our beautiful little boy. I can honestly say Manchester Fertility truly has an incredible team that is with you every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough Manchester Fertility. You have made our family complete and our dream to have a baby come true!

Unfortunately I’ve had better service at McDonald’s. They took 2 weeks to confirm the outcome of blood test and scan results and consultation by letter. I had to chase the test results and letter on 4 occasions before I received them. I sent a simple AMH blood test result 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the consultant to come back to me however they immediately responded to the test with details of how much they wanted me to pay them. Each time I chase I am given an excuse for the delay. After my initial scan and blood test on 18 January I chased the letter and was told the consultant was not in that week and the same excuse was given. The majority of clinics of this nature provide immediate responses or replies within 48 hours since they appreciate time is of the essence. The other thing is the consultant was rather pessimistic and recommended donor eggs but having spoken to other clinics they queried why this would be the immediate option without ever trying to own eggs first. There seems to be a pattern of behaviour, delays and poor service at the clinic. I’m baffled as to why they describe themselves as award winning. I would think very carefully about investing thousands with Manchester Fertility given they are not sufficiently competent to reply to a simple blood test in a timely manner . You might end up chasing them for results of your egg collection 1 month down the line end, clearly they do not care about their customers.

Right from the beginning of me contacting the fertility, the customer representative to whom I was speaking to Fran, did not seem competent in her role, and put me on hold for a very long time, in the end when I made my initial appointment with the clinic regarding stage 1 for blood tests Fran never informed me that there would be an internal scan and what this would entail. On my first visit there I was met with such rudeness from the receptionist, and was looked at like vermin, and any questions I asked I was looked at like a nuisance, and I was not met with any friendless. I did not go though with the internal scan as when they took me though that's when I knew what was about to happen, and I was outraged that this was not explained to me, and felt very violated. I was entitled to a refund as I dd not go though some tests that I did not need as I left the building and called up, Fran answered again, and put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes and could not confirm anything about my refund rights, and Hayley was so blunt and rude towards me she spoke to me in a demeaning way and spoke like English was my second language and it is not. Overall cold people, lacking communication skills even for a receptionist. This is supposed to be a fertility clinic but there is no compassion, and all I felt is they want your money and that is it.
