ManeUp's product is outstanding, and it actually works. I've been a dedicated customer for over a year, and in this last six months I've noticed a remarkable change. My hair is thicker, but there's also more hair at the scalp. I was frustrated for years with previous products such as Minoxidol that either did not work, or were very unhealthy for me. The next best thing about ManeUp is their incredible staff. Time and again, their agents, such as Hudson, went the extra mile to help me with my ordering and subscription schedule. Their staff makes this company a success. I'm very grateful and happy. Thank you ManeUp!

Not fast, but steady improvements to some thinning areas. One such area was from where some pre-cancerous skin was excised. I didn't think I could get that hair back, but it's improving, slowly, but surely.

No advance warning of upcoming subscription charge only a post subscription notification. Therefore, no opportunity to cancel future unwanted charge until after one more unwanted charge is completed.

You can trust that this is not just an overnight pop up company. They have great customer service. I worked with Hudson through an issue and he was great!

Incredible products that have helped my hair regrow and stop the shed that had me in a panic. Also, great discounts when you subscribe and purchase consistently.

I reordered on May 23rd and as of June 17th I have not received my order yet. Emailed several times and same response. We will have a response in 12 hours, as of this date have not received or had a update on my order. I have since run out of product. Very bad customer service. Requested my money back if they could not provide me an update and still no response.

Just to update this review, A gentleman named Hudson contacted me after my review and said he had re sent my order with a 4th month supply for free for my inconvenience. He did uphold his word and I received it today 6/24 9 days later. I had used it for the first 3 months prior to missing the last 2 1/2 weeks and did notice a little thickening and could maybe feel some hew very fine hair on the spot in back. Now that I can start over again I will update any progress in hair. Just to clarify Hudson did satisfy my issue with the reorder

I have ordered Maneup 4-5x now and I am very impressed. My hair is super fine and has been thinning for most of my life. Maneup helps stop excessive daily shedding, and it gives my hair natural body and shine. It is so easy to apply, 1x a day on the scalp. I even get hair compliments, which is huge....since my hair was always so limp and fragile.

I have similar concerns. No one replies to emails and weeks goes by. Customer service is awful and shameful. I have been using this product for sometime now but will be switching to a different product with verifiable company information. I have changed my ratings since the company did reach out to me and help solve the problem.

I have been using Scalp Juice for close to a year and have been diligent with the daily applications. The result has been minimum growth.

I am on my second order from Maneup Hair Restoration Serum. I’ve been very impressed with both the Hair Restoration Serum and the customer service behind it. The product itself is easy to use, but what really stood out was the support. I had a small shipping issue when my order first arrived, and it was corrected quickly and without any hassle. On top of that, every question I had was answered promptly and clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its product and treats customers well. I would absolutely recommend them based on the service alone, and the serum has been a great so far.

No scalp irritation like I got from other topical stuff, easy application, and after 3-4 months I noticed better coverage on my crown area after. I use Maneup as part of a hair care routine and it’s all worked for me so now I’m a monthly Maneup subscriber.

Manually cancelled my subscription in September. Then I received a notice of a recurring shipment so I emailed to cancel this order and reconfirm subscription cancellation. Customer service indeed confirmed that it was now cancelled. Fast forward 2 months later and there’s a recurring shipment on my doorstep. Now they aren’t responding at all. Turn and run. This crap will dry TH out of your hair anyway (duh, leaving salicylic acid in your hair will do that. I mistakenly overlooked it on the ingredient list.) AND subsequently, you will have a hell of time getting rid of your subscription. What an absolute sham.

*Note 03/13: I did finally get a response and refund shortly after posting this review. I’ve received no further shipments, thankfully. However, the fact remains that the product itself was drying and ineffective and that on two separate occasions I was assured that my request to cancel my subscription was honored when indeed it had not been.

Customer service is amazing, and the product truly works!! 👍
