I had to settle the finance on one vehicle and sort out finance for a new vehicle. The whole process was so simple and my only involvement was to agree the terms and sign the relevant paperwork as the Mann Island team did everything for me. I found the whole process deeply…
I found the whole process deeply frustrating due to the new process of edification. I felt I was being treated like a robot with little human interaction even though I had ticked the box to say i wasn't one. I was saved by the very human intervention of the team from Anglo Scottish without whose help I am sure this deal would not have been concluded in the time line I has set. I was without the necessary information and yet was being asked to confirm my acceptance of it. It was deeply unsettling. Not an experience I would wish to repeat I am afraid.
