Very helpful staff.
Only problem we had was that we were buying a WAV and this was VAT free. However when payment went through VAT put back on. Also I only signed first page of documents which was regarding commission payment. Then I realised costing was wrong. However on phoning regarding this I was told that my documents had already gone to the payment section! This was stopped and situation verified. Maybe there should be something that checks if all documents signed before going to the payments section?
