Want me to sign an agreement but refuse to tell me how much it is

Applied for car finance through Swansway garages, get a few emails and texts off Mann Island to say finance has been approved etc.
I then get an agreement link to sign, but it doesn't say how much the payments are anywhere, so they want you to sign up for an undisclosed amount.
I queried this over email, got asked for my details, then heard nothing back. Tried calling when they're open (according to their own recorded messages), and it just rings out.
I mailed again asking for the figures, and this was ignored.
They want me to sign for a car finance agreement without telling me what the monthly payments are.

Easy and uncomplicated
This is the second time we have used Mann Island to assist with the purchase of our motorhome.
