One panel got damaged in shipping, sent an email on Sunday and went to bed woke up and they already shipped a new one headed to me by 10am. I don't know what more I could ask for from a company.

Manton cork has a excellent service…
Manton cork has a stellar service department. When i called about an issue about a previous order I had emailed the department about someone in their office promptly answered the phone and had instant recall regarding the email I had sent. The service department rep said she would be getting with her supervisor and would have a response within the same day. I received an email response the same day requesting pictures of the product. I sent pictures via email and quickly received a response thanking me for the pictures and was told I would have an answer the next morning. The next morning I received satisfactory reply to the issue. I reordered some more cork which we received at our Texas home office within 3 days placing the order and we were able to have the product installed on schedule before closing the renovation project.
