Without doubt every single time I ring this shop (jay/jason) is the most rudest individual I’ve ever come across. It costs £0 for some basic manners/customer service. Every phone call enquiry or pre order you are met with the most rudest individual. I speak with a stammer/stutter sometimes my words don’t come out so fast. I understand during pre orders the phones can be hectic. I finally got through after 30mins and before I could say hello ‘jay’ just hangs up EVERYTIME. This has happened multiple times the most rudest impatient individual. I’ve had to get my partner to call up during her lunch break and make the order for me because this man is a nightmare. The other fella I can’t remember he’s name is very polite and well mannered. Jay if you don’t like your job find a new one. Or is it you want to keep all your allocations for you & the ‘staff’ in that little book of yours. Either way. Terrible.

Have to say lovely gentleman. Asked him about an rc bug i purchased and he told me everything I needed to know for a beginner. Extensive range. I will be back for sure for the tools to run my car. Happy customer. Highly recommended.

Model area has quadrupled since my last visit,paint stands now included apart from obviouus Revell/Hornby ,Tamiya acrylic,Tamiya spray cans..even AK 3RD GEN acrylics,Tamiya Lacquer paint bottles...plenty of modeling tools,Literature.... Way to go@ 10/10

I ordered an Airfix set, which arrived within a day or two. All the paints were gone solid and unusable. I left a message on their webform, and a very helpful guy called Simon got back to me within a half an hour to organise sending me replacements. Very happy with the service.

Reasonable prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service, can't ask for much better! I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

I've been shopping here sins I've been about 10 years old and thats a sold 20 + years of wondering into Dublin to visit this gem of a shop.. but with the way of the world now everything is now online and MarksModels have a super online store and with delivery and customer service that is just top class...

I'm sure I'll enjoy may more years of shopping with MarksModels in person and online

Great online site. fast, friendly and the best value for money, was looking for model paints to touch up high end road bike frames and was not finding any in Ireland. friend told me about Mark's models range of paints. top class paints and absolutely essential for anyone doing the miles.

Ordered online and in store and was very pleased. Very good service.

Great company,very good service.
However one time I received a faulty item I knew that was faulty.
The manufacturer of the product said that the model was faulty in certain batches so I took the chance and It didn’t work to my surprise so I took it back and traded it in for some other items.
The broken model wasn’t their fault,they probably didn’t know about it.
Great service overall
Would recommend it to anyone
