By far the most inexpensive tickets I found for Kenny Chesney in Denver and I received my tickets within 20 minutes and placed them right in my Apple Wallet. Huge Fan of Mark's Tickets now.

Two NFL tickets never delivered
I purchased two tickets on Aug 21 for a Sept 15th NFL game and paid just under $400. The tickets then came from Ticketmaster and I was told I needed to contact a third company, my ticket tracker to resolve the issue of my ticket transfer. To make a long story short, I spent 6+ hours on the phone Saturday and Sunday before showing up to the game at noon with no tickets sent. I wasn't able to use the tickets I purchased because they were double sold, I even spoke with the people in the seats I purchased and they confirmed they had tickets for same seats from another third party vendor.

CROOKS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Spent $177 on tickets for a concert. They never got emailed to me so I called and they said the seller no longer had tickets and they would refund me. Then they sent me different tickets an hour after the show started. I called and said it was too late the show started an hour ago... They said too bad and refused to refund my order. Worst company and worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I reported this and within two days they responded to me and admitted it was their mistake and said they would not advertise this in the future and refunded my money for the tickets. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks

Highly recommend
I was a little nervous, since some of the reviews showed that people didn't receive their tickets until after the event, and I was spending over $200 for Hamilton Tickets! But I got my tickets with plenty of time for the show, and much more affordable than other ticket sites! Highly recommend.

The " customer service representatives"…
The " customer service representatives" were the most rude "people" I've ever encountered in any service industry. They've tied up my account all weekend long. Still no tickets... And of course the price continues to go up daily. If you'd like you be spoken down to, then please go through Marks if you'd like to get what you've paid for go through a different vendor

Our customer service reps are the friendliest and happiest of people who like helping people, they do not speak down to anyone.
What account is being tied up, this doesn't make any sense. If anyone has a real customer service need, please give us a call or email and we would be happy to help any customer or prospective customer.

A positive experience
The tickets I bought through Mark's Tickets were genuine and their selection was a good as other secondary markets. My only complaint was that I thought their "service charge" was on the excessive side.
But I knew that when I purchased the tickets and I bought them anyway.
