Completely gaslit by customer service. Late last year I purchased 2 Kitty Kurlz from Marlene's Pet Shop. My cat completely ignored them. Not at all the fault of the product, just my cat. I emailed about returning them and never heard back. When I left a review I was told that I had been emailed, even though there was no email in my junk folder or inbox. I was told to email again, which I did and again no response (yes, I checked my junk folder). No followup whatsoever.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Communication was fantastic. Delivery was quick. Customer service follow-up has been great. I ordered a 2-pack of Kitty Kurlz for my 16 yo cat, who has been very bored lately. Although he tried to play it cool, he very much enjoys the toy as he is a great hunter at heart. When I am working during the day, I can hear him playing with it for short periods. He prefers us to play with him.

Kitty Overload.
It took a few days for my cat to get into it. Day five and she took forever to figure out where that ball was. Relentless. I kept hiding things in the middle and she was on a quest. A non stop cat toy.

Ordered a 2-for-1 Kitty Kurlz for my kitten to keep him engaged and entertained during the day. The process to order was easy and straightforward, and the shipping was even better! Overall the process of the purchase was good. I got the little ball and the kitty kurls. My 🐈 doesn’t seem to be too interested in either but that’s kind of the way it goes, I guess. Maybe she just needs to get used to them? But I don’t think anyone could know how a cat will react.

Kitty Kurls
I saw the Kitty Kurls when playing games on my phone & thought I'd try it. It didn't take long to be delivered.
He absolutely LOVES it. He tries to get the ball out & walks away then turns around & attacks it again. It's hysterical to watch.
I'll keep an eye out for other products he may enjoy.

Fun Kitty Toys
Delivery a little slow but my cats love their toys! They are very tough and they all love playing with their two kitty kurls and stark ball is really a hit - with my grandson too!
