Absolutely awful!! They're not handmade in Italy. They've got Chinese writing on packaging. I wish I'd read reviews before wasting £40 on shoes I can't even get my feet into. Size 38 is supposed to be 5.5 but I asked for 4.5. What I got was more like a 2.5!! DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS BOGUS COMPANY

This is NOT a UK based business. The shoes are made in China, terrible quality, weeks to be delivered when they say 5-10 days on their website. Not orthopaedic as stated. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM

This is a fraudulent outfit. The trainers are in no way shape or form orthopaedic and the chemical smell from the extremely poor quality.ity material from which they are made is hazardous to health.
You will never recieve a refund or a reply to your requests.

Definitely a scam company- they say they are Uk based, with Uk sizes - NOT to both! I ordered a size 9 Uk for my daughter’s birthday- they came from China as stated on previous review and the size wouldn’t even fit a size 8 comfortably- A total waste of money!
I’ve tried every Avenue to contact them for returns but every one has been ignored! 😡 DO NOT order from this company please. Look at all the bad reviews- I’m buying from Amazon where I get everything else and decent customer service and I’ll have to sell the shoes to recover some of my money.

£69 for a pair of so called 'premium leather' mens brown boots and another 'on a so called sale for £50odd quid😬The same pair I accidentally purchased two🙄I thought these were going to be high end handcrafted quality real leather shoes the description was very misleading I got no response despite messaging thier 'customerservice' numerious times then realising they MUST BE SCAMMERS, I did wonder what was taking so long to deliver when they claim to be UK based but arn't because the bag it came in was from CHINA the brogue I wanted are not even holes they look like fag burns they seem to be made from foam with a thin layer of vinyl even the way the 'suede' is cut around the heel is wonky and slap dash,I'm beyond disgusted and I will do everything I can to deter would be buyers to avoid I shouldve just gone to shoezone even thiers are better quality and 3 times less than this scamming company is charging! It was an impulse purchase I had been browsing different 'handcrafted shoe companys' a while my son said he liked the brown leather brogue style I feel so idiotic because I noticed the AI fake shopkeepers image immediately as soon as I made the purchase no email conformation🤯😵I think they only sent them because I was emailing them saying I think they are scammers no response because they ARE GUILTY as charged🤬Honestly avoid this company like the plague,shoezone
Co.uk make better quality and do not lie and decieve customers also free delivery too. I completely agree with everyone else that this is a SCAM company - ordered 2 pairs of trainers and just awful quality - cheap and shoddy but cannot get hold of them to send back - suddenly no emails go through and tried on instagram with no joy at all - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - AVOID!!!

Long wait arrived yesterday fabulous sneakers, gorgeous colours and comfy as well.

Excellent service, reasonable prices and great fast working CBD oil. Even works on the dogs! Nothing is too much trouble, recommend.
