Hello , my name is Janiqua. I was Supposed to receive a direct deposit from my employer on November 19, 2019. I found a incident report claim on November 19 at 9:30 AM I never received a call back or email responding to my claim I never received a claim/incident report number that you guys keep asking for. It’s been 72 hours I’ve been calling and calling and calling I have not yet to get a response from you guys about my Direct deposit. This is not my first direct deposit that I have gotten.
I have a small two-month-old baby that needs to eat I have not fed my baby in three whole days because I haven’t gotten my direct deposit from my employer three days ago. This is my only support system I have no family where I live and I have no type of support and that was my only income that I get. I don’t see why I have to keep waiting 48 hours to get my money it’s been three whole days already. And I’m trying my best to not get law-enforcement involved because I am really frustrated because I have a small baby that hasn’t eaten in 3 Days. My direct deposit was for $1154.14. From my employer Nordstrom. Again this is my only source of income and this is my only support system that I have for me and y child can you please please please please send me my money or I will be forced to get law-enforcement and I will file a lawsuit against you guys company and also cash app. I’ve talked to many different marqeta employees they keep telling me they’re going to escalate my claim it has been escalated And absolutely no one has called me yet please can someone give me a call back or please send my money to my direct cash app. I’ve already checked with my employer the information I provided for my direct deposit is correct .
